Tucked away in a quiet gated community only steps from the pretty centre of the market town of Helmsley, sits No 9, a pretty two-storey cottage surrounded by beech hedging and with a delightful garden. Helmsley itself lies within a conservation area and the buildings are mainly built of local cream and honey-coloured stone. This charming two bedroomed terraced cottage is an ideal spot for couples or families to soak up the town's atmosphere. A short stroll from No 9 you will find a plethora of independent shops, restaurants, galleries and even a castle. There are two Michelin starred restaurants close by.

Step into this cosy and stylish cottage to find a welcoming open plan living area. Steeped in contemporary cottage-style your first impression will be one of quiet comfort. The wood-burner and large sofas invite you in and encourage you to sit and relax awhile, maybe with a good book or with friends and family to plan tomorrow's adventures. French doors let the sunlight in and open up to the garden. The kitchen-area looks out over the beech hedge, blazing bronze in the autumn sun or green and vibrant in the summer months. The chef can whip up a meal in the perfectly equipped kitchen whilst still enjoying everyone's company sitting at the large island. The compact dining-area wiith extending dining-table is the perfect place to enjoy the fruits of the chef's labour or step outside onto the patio and dine in the light of the setting sun.

The first floor has a useful snug with games and a desk, it even has its own shower-room. The bedrooms are on the first and second floor, have luxury en suites and the beds are adorned with crisp white linen and snuggly duvets.

Outdoors the garden has a lawn and a patio and is quiet and peaceful, a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of your favourite tipple.
