Perhaps you should think again before renting this cottage. has some good points. ...but watch out for the live in bat..???
Mrs Garrett
Excellent location, but disappointing accommodation.
Although the welcome pack was outstanding.
Mrs Cross
A characterful property with large, enclosed garden suitable for dogs.Majority of rooms met our requirements although too small a lounge with not enough seating for five adults.
Property on busy main road, limted parking.Drive to nearest shops.Within easy reach of several well known coastal resorts.
Mr Craske
A very pleasant cottage in a village ideally situated a few miles inland away from the bustling resorts of Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington.
It is adjacent both to "A" road (not busy) and a small farm with livestock, but neither of these would be a deal-breaker if we were returning to the area in future.
The bathrooms are particularly well-appointed with good storage and lighting. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is compact but fully functional.
There is a large private and dog-secure garden to the side and rear of the property.
The welcome hamper was excellent and appreciated.
Mr Campbell
Very nice spacious property. Ideal for us as 2 couples with a dog. Both double rooms have a bathroom each. Excellent enclosed garden for the dog to play in.
Handy for Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.
Downstairs lounge a bit small and shower upstairs is a bit of a squeeze for anyone a bit bigger than normal.
Overall a good property and good value.
