Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mr Dutton

Stopped here a number of times , it's an excellent dog friendly property . Very easy and stress free to unload your car before taking it to the parking area. Makes a big difference after a nine hour drive !

Mrs Starke

Trelither is a lovely cottage in a great location for town and beaches. It is extremely well equipped and filled with lots of lovely art. We parked at the Island Car Park, rather than the free parking at the Rugby Club, because we felt this was too far away.

Mrs Lowe

We had a good family holiday
Cottage was exceptioal.

Mr Witney

I found the property very relaxing and close to the amity s, would book again.

Mrs Reed

The overall house was lovely. The cottage was in the perfect location, great furnishings and well equipped.
However the cleanliness was appalling. There was crumbs on the side in kitchen, there was crisps left in upstairs drawers.
The downstairs flooring was extremely dirty to the point my little one crawling was covered in black marks from the floor from first day. I then complained to which they did send a cleaner but again was extremely dirty even after a clean.
Aspects were attentive, however I feel the cleanliness was poor of property which overall was a shame because I couldn't put my baby down to freely explore due to keep getting clothing and skin dirty.
It also smelt strongly of dog when arriving which was soon cleared once all windows were open.

Mrs Wyon

It had everything you could need and was in a great position but it wasn’t clean enough and smelt of dog / perhaps for dog owners only. Outside space was a bit disappointing too.

Mrs Matthews

Very comfortable cottage and very well equipped.
Have already booked again for next year!

Mr Phillips

Having stayed in many houses in St Ives over the last 15 years both with Aspects and others, this is by far the best. Every single detail had been thought of, the most stocked kitchen we have seen. Very comfortable in all aspects for a perfect trip away. We will be back!

Mrs Rutherford

Wonderful cottage, perfectly located and really well appointed with everything you could need to make your holiday a success. We stayed between Xmas and New Year and there were some very thoughtful touches such as a Xmas gift and lovely Xmas decorations. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay in this property again.

Mrs Chapman

The property was in a great location, so close to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. It is tastefully decorated and we loved the works of art on the walls too!

Mrs Hurst

Ideal location for families with small children as the walk to Porthgwidden is approx 2 minutes and 5 minutes into town. The kitchen is very well equipped and the furnishings were lovely! Highly recommend this property.

Mr Clint

Excellent house to stay in, comfortable, well equipped and in the great location to everything in St Ives.

Mr Dutton

Excellent property. Ticks every box. No steep hills to walk up, easy to unload. Very comfy beds. Good kitchen.

Mr Jensen

Lovely cottage in a great location. Easy to load and unload into due to access to adjacent private car park.

Mrs Rogers

The cottage was perfectly located with access to the main beaches of Porthmear and Porthwidden and steps away from the harbour. It was beautifully presented, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The rooms were spacious with crisp white linens and decent mattresses. Kitchen had everything and there were plenty of glasses which is sometimes a down fall in previous rentals. Thank goodness there was a cafetière as that’s often an item missed. Well done to the owners! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Mr Dutton

Excellent property for money. Professional service from Aspects as always.

Mr Bower

Excellent cottage, well located and equipped. The owners have thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Steep stairs, so not ideal if you have mobility issues, but there is a pit stop on the first floor if you need it!
Upstairs en suite is a challenge for taller guests due to the sloping ceiling. However, the comfort of the bed and indeed the bedroom more than makes up for it.
Love St Ives where we've stayed many times and love Aspects Hoildays whom we've used previously as well.

Mrs Russell

Amazing property in the heart of St Ives. Pictures do not do it justice. Furnished and decorated to a high standard. Well equipped kitchen. Can't wait to come again.

Mrs Emerson

This was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect - close to all our favorite beaches and a quick stroll to reach all the shops restaurants etc. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed eating in at the property. It was a great holiday and we would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Mrs Thomas

Lovely property, very well equipped.
Fantastic location - almost next to 3 beaches, the Island with its car park and very close to Town.

The Mermaid Restaurant is literally round the corner, as are lots of art galleries.

Mr Avey

Excellent property near to the town and the beaches. Take a week and explore all St Ives has to offer by way of culture, shopping, food and outdoor activities (walking, surfing etc.). You can also take the dog.

Mrs Buckingham

I stayed in the cottage for a week with family and friends and the location of the property made it a perfect escape. It is right in the heart of the town but also only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the Island car park.
The rooms all display local works of art that create a very special atmosphere of being in St Ives rather than any other sea side village which we loved.
The cottage is very well equipped and the kitchen in particular has everything that you might need to cater for 6 adults and any friends that drop in.
Very comfy beds and pillows which is a definite plus in rented accommodation.

Mrs Brace

Trelither is a beautiful property in a great location with easy access to beaches and the town . There is nothing this property didn’t have , well done Aspects and the owners .

Mrs Cain

We loved this cottage very much it was very central to all the beaches the shops and restaurants and we loved the fact it was near the Island Carpark too! (Got lucky this time and got the last space on our arrival)
We will book this place again for sure. The upstairs room was ideal for our teenage daughter to have her own space and had its own en-suite. Beds super comfy decor is beautiful. Kitchen nice and airy nice big table for family meals and it had everything we needed. Loved the fact it had outside drying space too. We will be back to this one :-)

Mrs Ferguson

What a gem of a property.
Great use of space and thought of everything.
There was a bonus of a rear courtyard that I wasn’t expecting to keep you bucket and spade with lovely evening sun.
I would highly recommend.

Mrs Walker

Lovely few days .. tasteful decor , well equipped kitchen and fab location .. will definitely return !

Mrs Pearce

This old fisherman's cottage in the heart of St Ives is perfect very well equipment and beautifully decorated. The stairs are narrow upto the bedrooms and as mentioned in the description the ensuite shower room is a little low so not a good room to have if you over 6ft but it was all perfect for us.
The location couldn't have been more perfect right in the centre with a very short walk to the harbour and beaches.
We loved this place and will look to book again next time we go to St Ives.

Mr Staunton

Very smartly presented and well-equipped house at the centre of it all. We liked the decorations and the easy unloading. We were fortunate to get parked at the Island public car park very nearby.

Mr Stratton

This is a really beautiful house, fantastically equipped and in a great location. Couldn’t have asked for more.
