The Lugger - Burrow Road

Great short break spent in The Lugger, warm and cosy in October - compact accommodation perfect for a couple with dog. Kitchen perfectly equipped. Quiet location seconds from the beach and the parking spot was the cherry on the cake.

Great location for all beaches. Great for 2, also having no stairs is good for those not so able. And great to have a parking space so near.

We love aspects The Luggar st ives ,has everything including parking permit 2 mins away .Booked for nxt yr 6time .Twice a yr x

The Lugger is in the heart of St Ives and so convenient for the beaches, shops, restaurants etc. We thought the living area was smaller than it looked on the website however it is very well designed, clean and tidy and the bed was lovely and comfortable so overall it offered everything we needed for a week’s stay. The car parking being so close to the property is a fantastic bonus and it certainly tipped the balance when we made the decision to book again for next year.

Service from Jackie was great very helpful. Cottage was really nice with parking great location.

We also stayed here in May and enjoyed it so much we came back again. Lovely little bolt hole with parking which is always a bonus. Location is excellent for 2 70+’s, no hills to climb and pubs, restaurants and shops on hand. Not to mention the beaches for our little fur baby. Will be back again this year??

Lovely location near to beaches but very small with nowhere to put clothes, there is some hanging space which would be ok for coats or more formal clothing.Bedding is non hypoallergenic so if your an allergy sufferer of vegan it’s not really for you

We had a wonderful stay at The Lugger with the added bonus of a parking space just a couple of minutes walk away, we would definitely recommend and will book the Lugger again in the near future.

Great lovely property within town, with the addition of a private parking space a two minute walk away.
Perfect for the fur baby to reach the island for his little runabouts, for reaching beaches and the town without the thought of tackling any steep steps or hills, will definitely be booking again,

The Lugger is an excellent choice for a couple wanting to spend a few days in the centre of St Ives. It is a short walk from the main harbour and even closer to Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches. The property comes with a permit for the residents car park which is super handy, especially in the high season. Aspects Holidays are very attentive from the time you book and their communication is excellent, we had a little problem with a fuse and they were straight onto it. As with any building of its age you have to be a bit careful if you are on the taller side and remember to duck as you go under the joist in the living room. It all worked out well for us and we would certainly use it again.

Another lovely stay, beautifully clean and cosy, we love staying here but a sofa would be slightly more comfortable than the two armchairs. Super handy for everywhere, great location :)

Great location, with the added bonus of a close by parking space. Nice, clean apartment - very compact but fine for a couple.

Definitely be aware that if people are staying in the apartment above, you will be disturbed by the noise of them moving around (especially if they have children that wake at 6.30am every morning!)

A warm and cosy little apartment, close to galleries, restaurants and shops - good for a winter break.

My fourth time at this lovely little apartment. So conveniently situated for beaches, town and walks and of course the very nearby parking space is a brilliant asset. Aspects,as always, are so easy to deal with from booking to leaving.

Just returned from a bank holiday stay at the Lugger, first stay and the property was lovely and in a great location. We booked the property due to travelling with our little toy poodle and the place was well located to surrounding beaches, the town and the added bonus of a dedicated parking space minutes away. Would recommend the property and would return.

Nice property that is small but good layout. Quite alot of street noise and thin ceilings meant quite alot of noise from upstairs

Overall not a bad accommodation but a bit on the small side, but this is st ives and they are cottage conversions so pretty much what we expected but the floor did need cleaning.

Perfect bolt holt for 2 ( really cosy and well equipped ) great location to the harbour and our favourite porthgwidden beach . Bonus parking space takes the stress away from “ will we find one”
You can hear others holidaying in the above apartment ( so if you a light sleeper may not be good for you ) it is just the age of the apartment ..
We will definitely stay again ..

Great location with parking. Only downside is that you have drive through the harbour area to reach the parking space every time you venture out
The accommodation is well equipped but the kitchen area is very dark and needs more lighting.
Overall it’s reasonable value for money but think it’s reached it ceiling cost wise

Great accommodation & beautifully presented added to the ideal location your holiday couldn't ask for more. The properties own reserved parking which is just a very short walk away is a real bonus.
Easy access to beaches, shops & restaurants whilst having a calm & quiete retreat.

A lovely little snug property for two, very close to all beaches and town centre. The reserved parking was very close so allowed luggage to be easily carried to car so as not to block the narrow street outside property.

The nearby beach cafe served excellent filled rolls, coffee etc which were a joy to eat overlooking the beach.

This snug apartment lives up to expectations, being well fitted out with up-to-date kitchen and shower room furnishings. Conveniently located for Porth Gwidden beach (wonderful for swimming) and giving easy access to Porthmeor and the harbour. The allocated car space nearby is a real boon in crowded St Ives. We would use it again if we seek these features in future. Very good for two persons.

Plenty of pluses for the Lugger. Location. Parking. Warm and cosy. Ideal for a short break for a couple with their pooch. Pretty much always fully booked so this says it all.

Great little base in the heart of Downalong clean, tidy and comfortable, a real bonus having the car park space included, excellent for couples.

Lovely little apartment in very good location near my favourite beach -Porthgwidden. Would definitely book again. Unfortunately, 2 weeks flew by. Aspects, as always, very easy to book with and maintain contact with.

As always we had a fab time and would recommend Aspects every time. They are very pet friendly too as our cockapoo Henry posed for his picture in their office looking very happy!

A wonderful stay for our little one’s first holiday (3 months old)! Great location for popping in and out; ideal with a baby and enough space for her cot next to the bed!
Cosy accommodation which felt luxurious too and fab facilities for cooking .. and a washer dryer which was super handy! We will definitely recommend to others!

Perfect retreat to come back to after lots of walking and close enough to all the beaches to pop back and make a picnic lunch to take back to the beach !

Enjoyed a fabulous week's stay at 'The Lugger!' Enjoyed being so close to Porthgwidden beach, our dog loved his early morning and evening walks to see the seals!
The parking permit included is a real plus point.
We found the cottage a quiet, cosy bolthole, well designed and with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
We'd swap the armchairs for a comfy sofa though!

People with larger cars will struggle with access, but to be fair that is not specific to the property. They will struggle anywhere within St Ives as the roads are very tight.

You gave us out of date parking permit... it expired on 31st March, we only noticed it on the last day.

Great cottage for couples taking a short break.

Excellent small cottage, perfect for 2. Very comfortable with everything you could need in the kitchen and a lovely bathroom and superb shower. Allocated parking space was a 5 minute walk away a real bonus in St Ives.

Lovely place to stay, modern and cosy. The bed was so comfortable and the best I’ve ever slept in. However, this place needs a sofa instead of the armchairs for when you want a night in.

Beautifully equipped and the welcome gifts and flowers were a very nice touch. In a really convenient location which means you can enjoy St Ives and all its amenities without needing to use a car at all.

Charming cottage, great location for all amenties especially the dog beach. Looking forward to returning sometime soon.
