Saffron Cottage

If anyone is thinking about booking Saffron Cottage then all I say is go for it. Everything about it is 5??
Location….2 minute walk from the beaches, the harbour as well as all the lovely pubs, shops and restaurants that St Ives has to offer. You can park your car in the Island Carpark located at the end of the street and not need it for the rest of your stay.
Saffron Cottage is very tastefully decorated throughout. We had a very lovely week here and would return on a heartbeat.

Very nice property in a great location. Perfect for a small family holiday. We really did enjoy are stay here. Just be mindful there is a property underneath.

Lovely spacious cottage. Very clean and well equipped.
Location perfect especially if you want to pop in and out throughout the day.

Our third stay at Saffron cottage was as perfect as ever. We love everything about this cottage. It's in a perfect quiet location, really comfortable throughout and the yellow door will always make you smile!

Carncrows street could do with a bit a a clean/sweep. It’s a shame that this is a first impression as the cottage is absolutely lovely.
Unpacked quickly on the street and moved car up to the rugby club. Cottage is comfy and cosy-just what we wanted. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay despite the awful summer weather.

A great cottage, in a perfect location! Only a couple of minutes walk from Porthmeor beach, lovely food venues, the Tate and the island. Saffron cottage had everything we needed for our family holiday, with a great kitchen and comfortable accommodation throughout. It's our second stay at Saffron cottage and we hope to be back again next year!

Warm and lovely cottage for a family stay. Great open plan lounge and kitchen area - plenty of space to relax and unwind. Well equipped kitchen! and fantastic convenient location to main St Ives parade and beaches!
There is a flat underneath this property which we didn't know about when we booked; so just mind your late night noise.

Great cottage, cosy and well appointed. Located very well with great access to beaches and the town. More space than I was expecting would love to visit again.

Saffron Cottage is in a great location, close to beaches and the town but still quiet and peaceful.
Well equipped kitchen has everything you need. Towels and sheets were immaculately clean.
We did have issues with cleanliness in some areas, which was surprising given earlier reviews. However, the housekeeper did offer to come to the property and resolve. Overall the property was clean.

The cottage is very clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It’s ideally situated for Porthgwidden and Porthmeor beaches and the town.

Had a lovely week in Saffron Cottage. The cottage is very cute and the location is fantastic, handy for the beaches, harbour and shops etc.
There is no parking at the property but dropped our bags at the cottage and parked at the rugby club for the week.
The cottage was clean (and I'm a bit of an ocd with cleanliness) we've stayed in other cottages from other companies which were nowhere clean as this property. The photos of the property are very accurate.
Very well equipped kitchen, lots of extras provided incase you forgot anything, bin bags etc.
Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom and en suite, nice furnishings, good blackout blinds, great lighting and comfy beds. Sofa in living room isnt big enough for 5 people but we managed.
Everything you need from a holiday cottage and such a beautiful location. Booked again already! love it!

Saffron Cottage is very well located in the Downalong area of St Ives. Handy for most of the beaches, shops and restaurants. Carncrows Street itself was very quiet. The cottage was very clean and well equipped but we felt that the furnishings in the lounge did not make it very comfortable. On the whole we had a good holiday in Saffron Cottage.

Lovely little cottage close to all the amenities, harbour, shops and beaches. Equipped with everything you might need, also has heaters and a heated towel rail.

Fabulous location for Porthmeor Beach and the restaurants. Quiet road (apart from the seagulls). Clean and well thought out cottage. We’ll definitely be coming back. It worked well with our 3 teenage boys.

Fabulous luxurious and comfortable little cottage! Perfect size and location for my daughter and myself and my two young granddaughters. We had a lovely week and hope to come back again soon. So close to Porthgwidden Beach and the harbour, it has everything we need.

Overall Saffron Cottage is an excellent property in terms of location ( 5 minutes from The Mermaid ! ), facilities and layout.

Lovely cosy cottage tastefully decorated with excellent range of equipment located in a very quiet street which was a stones throw from the beach. The children especially liked the giant beanbag!

Lovely cottage. Well located.

Spacious and easily accommodates five people. All mod cons are of a high quality and easy to operate from the excellent instructions provided. Use of sliding doors on the first floor is a major contributor to the utilisation of space.
