The house is excellent, lots of space, really great for St Ives with a second living space, but the views from the living space and front of the house are unbeatable. Uninterrupted right across the harbour, def some of the best in St Ives.

Its brilliantly situated for swimming and beach days, you can walk to three without needing your shoes.

The house is really well set up and clearly exceptionally well looked after. There has been alot of effort put in on small details.

We absolutely loved our stay at Porth Gwel..!
The house was just perfect very spacious and the views are amazing. There were lovely extra touches like books, binoculars, herbs and spices and cooking oils.The bed linen was super quality.
I’m so pleased we have reserved it for a week next June.. a super holiday home.!

It was very well appointed with everything we needed for our weeks stay. The cottage is perfectly located and we really loved the ever-changing light and views over the harbour.

The best property we have stayed at in St.Ives. Was very lucky to be the first people in to stay and it exceeded our expectations tenfold. The view from the bedroom and lounge was fantastic - even if we didn't have the best weather, you could sit and people-watch and see St.Ives come alive.
The small details were really considered by the owners-dog hairdryer, welcome pack, outdoor blankets and a huge selection of spices! Decoration throughout was great and the beds super comfy.
The location was absolutely perfect - 2 mins walk to the nearest beach and harbour and the best bit was a parking space. A god-send in St.Ives. We couldn't fault the place and have already booked for next year :)
