Lamorna Cottage is a delightful fisherman's cottage located in the heart of, what's locally called Downalong. The ground floor has a beautifully presented open plan living area with sitting room, kitchen and dining space, offering a comfortable social space, with plenty of room for all the family, or a great bolt hole just for two. The property is in an ideal position, being just a short walk to Porthmeor, Porthgwidden or The harbour beach. The variety of independent shops and restaurants that St Ives has to offer are also right around the corner.

Very well equipped and beautifully decorated property. The beds were very comfortable and the quietness of the area meant that we slept undisturbed. The house is well positioned close to Porthgwidden Beach and a short walk to Porthmeor Beach or The Harbour. The Aspects staff were very helpful and the office was close to the Harbour if needed. We holiday every year in St Ives and Lamorna Cottage was one of the best places so will definitely return.

Lamorna cottage is perfect in every way. It had everything we could possibly want and more. Spotlessly clean, and I am very fussy, it felt like we were the first people to stay there. The decoration was perfect, with quality bedding, cushions and wonderful throws. Kitchen was very well equipped. Close to everything but so quiet day and night. A very special place to stay.

I have already recommended to family and friends as feel the level of detail the owners have gone too with the equipment available was fantastic! Decor also just lovely and completely fitting to a traditional fishermans cottage. Whilst the property is bijous, it very comfortably fits a family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We have also booked through Aspect again for next year however a larger property to accommodate 10 to allow us to visit with family.

Fantastic location. Just perfect between the beaches and minutes from town. Comfortable beds. Good bathroom/shower.
Note it doesn't have a bath. Also no dishwasher but even more excuses to eat out!
