Mrs Bynoth

Lovely cottage very well equipped in a central location easy to reach the town in minutes. It’s on the main road to the Island Car Park so very busy and very noisy.
Garden not secure for dogs - it’s not even a garden it’s a back alley that everyone uses as a cut through even though it’s meant to be for residents only so don’t be fooled by the photos thinking you are getting a secluded relaxing seating area as your not! You’re getting constantly disturbed with the gate clanging and footfall.
Top floor bedroom lacks ventilation only 2 small windows making it stuffy. However beds were very comfy in both bedrooms.
Cleanliness was very good shame about no welcome pack couldn’t even make a cup of tea on arrival

Mrs Matthews

Happy days cottage is immaculate and stylish with all that you could possibly need . A real bit of luxury . Location just behind several beaches , short walk to restaurants and bars . Parking at the end of street , garden not secure for dogs but a stones throw to walks so not a problem at all for us. Relaxing and peaceful in March , we will return .

Ms Buttigieg

A beautiful house about a one minute walk to the nearest beach and shops.
We are a family of two adults and four children aged 4-12 years old and the house was perfectly big enough for us all for one week.
I suspect we’ll be back again to the same house next year!

Mrs Salvin

Lovely cottage , clean, well kept and really comfortable beds!!!!
Ideal location

Mrs Shucksmith

This is a lovely spot. It’s an excellent location close to the beach and the town. It gets the evening sun which made dinners in the kitchen even more special. Very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Mrs Fielden

A beautifully presented cottage with everything we needed. Excellent location close to restaurants and the beach. It felt like home by the end of the week and we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again soon

Mr Roberts

Overall a good experience, easy to book and in a good location. Would use Aspects again in future

Mrs Stubbings

We absolutely loved our stay at Happy Days Cottage. It was beyond expectations. Everything was perfect and the location is unbelievable.

Mrs Parry

Happy Days is a beautiful cottage in the most perfect location. We had such a wonderful break.

Mrs Letman

Such a lovely cottage, extremely well located. Definitely felt homely and we all settled in very quickly. Would definitely come again.

Mrs English

We had a lovely family mini break between Christmas and New Year in Happy Days cottage.
Very comfortable and homely with everything you need for a home from home holiday in St Ives.
Cottage is well located with car park at the end of the street and both harbour beach and porthmeor and porthgwidden only a 5 min stroll away.

Mr Bowles

Catalogue of issues from Day 1. Broken back door, several toilet blockages (a known problem which is not being rectified), boiler breakdown, electric sockets failure, total power loss, dishwasher fault. Tradesman in almost every day. Time wasted waiting around, organising visits and in exchanging e-mails and telephone calls.

Requested compensation. Aspects have been good communicators but should be leading the conversation on a resolution - instead seem to be suggesting it is an owner perogative. You are the property experts and I doubt if you have had many customers suffering to this extent. We've been coming to St Ives for well over 30 years and never experienced anything like it.

Mr Brashier

This was our first trip away with our little boy after he was born last year during lockdown. Aspect Holidays were amazing, when it was cancelled due to covid-19 you were more than happy to help me when I needed to re-book it.

The property was incredible, we have been visiting St.Ives for years walking past cottages like this, it was so nice to be in one.

The rooms were lovely, clean and well presented. My wife & I loved the master bedroom and the second bedroom with the new shower room was brilliant.

We had everything we needed and more for our first week away as a family.

Miss Stevens

Beautiful Cottage, very comfortable to live in with everything you need, even a washing machine which is not mentioned.
Perfect location for everything, the car park, all the beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants, all just steps away.

Mrs Rye

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well equipped in a great location to enjoy everything St Ives has to offer. We would stay again.
