The property is in a good location near the beaches and the waterfront. Property needs some maintenance.

We had a really enjoyable week’s stay. plenty of space and excellent location to the beaches and harbour. Very spacious kitchen and dining area great to socialise in. Lovely nice sitting area and comfy beds to retire to. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely cottage in the heart of St ives. Easy walking distance to all beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants. Close to all galleries.
Set across 3 floors with ample room for 6 people.
Nicely set out and decorated.
Some furnishings are a bit worn and some cleanliness issues and damp.
BUT still a lovely property for a break in St ives.

Between beaches is a beautiful property in a great st ives location. All 8 of us were comfortable and loved the property, it was plenty big enough for all of us and our dogs too!

Lovely cottage in perfect, quiet location with all the facilities you could need over 3 floors . We had 5 adults and 2 children stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend this cottage!

We stayed here for a week in December 2023, there were 6 adults and 2 dogs.

The cottage is spacious and comfortable, we could not have been happier with the place and the facilities.

The location is perfect; only minutes from the town and beaches. This is the 2nd time we have stayed and would not hesitate to stay again. Recommended.

We were a 3 generation family of 7 ranging in age from 76 to 13 and loved our stay at Between The Beaches. The cottage is in a great location and the owners have made it very comfortable. I particularly liked reading the history of the cottage in their welcome folder. Hopefully we will return.

Great position but the equipment in the cottage is not sufficient for an occupancy of 8 persons.

The property is in a great location but it was a bit dirty for us and in need of a bit of a freshen up
The TVs are a bit out of date, not smart TVs hence unable to watch any form of catch up or Netflix etc
The house is a good size and the kitchen is well stocked with plates glasses mugs etc Room sizes are good

A great holiday hub in a perfect position within the town centre.

Great location for the beaches and a well equipped kitchen but unfortunately this house is tired and unclean . It wasn’t comfortable and we wouldn’t book it again on the basis of its cleanliness

Lovely perk that folk have left body boards and buckets and spades for the next visitors.

Between Beaches is exactly that. It's minutes from Porthgwidden and Porthmeor (wonderful sunsets)
I doubt we'll be back there though.
The property was extremely grubby and my daughter in law had to scrub the kitchen before we could use it. The decor is also a bit tired which we could have lived with if the house had been cleaner.
We still managed to have a lovely holiday, would just be better if some elbow grease could be used.

Between Beaches was perfect for us as two families sharing.
Bedrooms were perfect and good size with plenty of storage for clothes.
Kitchen Dining and lounge on the ground floor was perfect for evening entertaining and food.
Was great location and so close to everything without being on top of things.
Parking was easy at the Island car park for the week.
Booking and dealing with Aspects Holidays was easy to deal with and the office in the harbour is a great location to pop in and see the team with any enquiries.

Great location and fantastic property. One of the best cottages we’ve booked so far with Aspect for us as a family with the dogs too.

Lots of lovely little touches throughout the property and very well equipped. Hoping to stay here again on our next visit.

Property is in a great location and functional across the 3 floors. The decoration of the property is tired and there was quite major black mold build up in the three bedrooms on the top floor.

‘Between Beaches’ 3 St Eia is a lovely property. Set over 3 floors. Comfortably housed 7 + a baby. Very central to everything but quiet as located in a Downalong back street. Amazing for dogs, and all year round dog beach Bamaluz, is 1 min walk away. Streets around St Eia are very tight for cars so take care when accessing the street to load and unload.

Overall the property just as advertised. Spacious and comfortable. Very good kitchen with full size fridge freezer.
Fantastic location.
Could do with hanging space/wardrobe in top rear bedroom and free window to open. Front door needs maintenence, literally had to kick it open every time we entered. Minor issues easily fixed.
Would have booked for next year but date already taken??

Our stay at 3 St. Eia street was a joy. As an extended family with two dogs the house was a great size for us. Well laid out with good size bedrooms and bathrooms and lovely communal areas.
Clean and fresh on arrival with everything we needed.
A brilliant house for discovering St.Ives, in very close proximity to beaches and town, but not at all noisy.
A long time since we had a holiday all together and we loved every minute!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Aspects Holidays and 3 St Eia Street. It was a lovely house, exactly as the photographs.
Lots of space and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen and dining equipment was very good.
The stairs are steep but my parents (in their 80's) managed without any problems.
It is extremely convenient for central St Ives and the location couldn't be better for us. We park on The Island Car Park and take the dog up there too, so its proximity was a big plus.

The cleanliness at 5 Stones court was of a very poor standard especially in the kitchen, cooker microwave pans and toaster .Both the couches in the living room area had not been cleaned from the previous holiday let.

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday in Between Beaches. The cottage was warm and cosy, and in an excellent location.

Between beaches big a perfect location in st Ives. No big hill. 3 minutes from 2 great beaches and town. Comfy beds. Nice family space over 3 floors. Steep ish stairs stairs but managed fine for my 65 year old parents, 3 year old and 6 month old. No access steps. Very clean. Good showers and lovely bath. Has everything you need.

Between beaches is in a great location for the beaches and town. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen dining room is great for a large family to socialise.

Lovely cottage, ideal for our extended family to stay. Location perfect, near to the town, harbour and all beaches. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at Between Beaches, the house is just as described, in a perfect location and is very well equipped.
There were six of us and a baby and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is big enough if you want to prepare food and eat in.
We found the house to very clean and nicely decorated. In honesty I would find it difficult to be critical.
There was a selection of games and DVD's and everything that you would need for a day on the beach including belly boards, buckets and spades even crabbing nets.
Would highly recommend a stay there!

We have been coming to St Ives for New Year for the last 17 years, but this was our first time to include Christmas week.
Between Beaches is a really spacious holiday cottage - we stayed with a party of 5 across 3 generations plus 2 dogs and all had plenty of room. It is well laid out across the 3 floors and spent most of our time (when not out in the lovely town) in the kitchen/dining room which is a great family area.
The location in one of downalongs quieter streets is a favourite and gives easy access to the island and beaches.
We enjoyed Between Beaches so much, we have rebooked for next year ??.

The cottage was lovely and spacious . As we were travelling with my elderly parents, it was lovely to find accommodation with an ensuite as well as a main bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment particularly the washer dryer. This came in very handy on a couple of wet days!! .A lovely find between beaches.

This is our 7th property with Aspects and we were very happy with Between Beaches so much so we have booked it again next year for our another family holiday!
