4 Mariners

4 Mariners is in a good location. Pet friendly. That’s the good bits.
The steps up to the property are not very good for older people. The furnishings are very tired. Needs more kitchen accessories. Have to keep your rubbish in the property. Used to be bins outside where we could take rubbish but not anymore. Considering how much this is per week I think it could be better

Had a wonderful week in 4 Mariners, an ideal location as easy to reach all the beaches in minutes. Comfortable for family of 4 with 2 dogs.
We utilised the local launderette (which was brilliant and fast) so didn’t really miss having a washing machine - although personally I’d probably rather have installed a washer dryer instead of the dishwasher which we didn’t use at all.
We would definitely book again, thank you for a lovely holiday

4, Mariner's is a small, bright and cheerful property and in a great location for a stay in St.Ives.

I’m not leaving a review (because it would not be at all good) until I hear back from customer services because I will comment accordingly

Great small maisonette on the second floor up some stairs suitable for a couple and possibly children. Lovely views from the windows and a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay at 4 Mariners, cosy little cottage in an excellent location. 2 minute walk to the beach or the shop. Will be returning again for sure.

This is a good central location. The apartment was clean and tidy. There were 2 of us staying and we were comfortable. I think 4 people, especially adults, would feel cramped. There is no spare room for buggies etc for young children.

Good week in St Ives. Despite the stormy weather across the country we managed to get out every day. Watching events round the harbour never loses its fascination and for the first time we saw a dolphin - maybe two (!) - and seals at the other side of the island.
4 Mariners is wonderfully located. You are a minute’s walk from the harbour and a few minutes more to Porthmeor beach. We couldn’t believe how convenient it was to get back and forth. Great if you had children or oldies. Note Aspects description of steps. Even though you are central it is peaceful with little noise and you have views to the harbour from the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The Norwegian stores round the corner has newspapers and all sorts of food and drink.
We found the living room ideal for two - using the table might be more difficult if there was four. The bedrooms are good and beds comfortable.
There are some idiosyncrasies - pull the cord for shower - water switch behind the microwave but Aspects will always sort you out if you get worried. As usual great service from them. Happy to recommend 4 Mariners as a great place for a St Ives holiday.

A comfortable, convenient and bright property with views to the Island. Excellent location.

We had a wonderful week staying at 4 Mariners making memories with our 3 small dogs. The cottage is in the perfect location with easy access to all beaches and has lovely views of the Harbour and also up to St Nicholas Chapel. Thank you again!

Stayed for a couple of weeks. Two adults, one child and a dog! Loved the location - it was perfect for us all. The windows have lovely snapshots of so much of St Ives and it made you feel part of everything whilst being in a lovely quiet spot. Norway Stores around the corner, Porthmeor a couple of minutes away for early morning dog walks and a good size bathroom for a Downalong property. The upstairs bedroom is lovely. We had a great time and have booked the property again for later in the year. Aspects were on hand to sort out an issue with the bin which was resolved quickly and with no fuss whatsoever - thank you!

A lovely little cottage, we stayed when the weather was unusually poor but the house felt light and roomy. Good location to access the town.

Lovely cottage in the perfect location for the town and beaches, set in a quiet corner without passing traffic.

Lovely little well equipped cottage with great views over the harbour, but tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle. Can be down to the harbour or over to Porthmeor within a minute or two. We were a group of 4 adults, my family for generations coming from the town so like coming home for me. We had a wonderful stay at 4 Mariners, which was ideal for our dogs too, who enjoyed it as much as we did. Didn’t want to come home.

Perfect location! (as long as steps are no problem) I loved being able to see the sea from the living room! No smells from previous dogs, which was great!

4 Mariners is a lovely cottage in a brilliant location just minutes walk to the harbour and both Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches. Sea views too. I would definitely stay there again.

There is only the main bedroom upstairs, the rest of the accomodation is downstairs.

A sweet cottage with limited space but lovely location for beaches and town.

Lovely cottage in a great position to the harbour and front, It is a typical fisherman's cottage so the entrance is a bit small and so is the bathroom but it is very well equipped and very comfy and cosy.

Lively location, close to bars and a minute from the harbour. Lovely views, perfect for a couple. No washer or hoover, which can be problematic with children and pets. No where to dry towels, etc. Nicely decorated and lovely main bedroom.

Lovely accommodation in an excellent location (literally 1 minute walk down to the harbour). All rooms were very clean and kitchen had plenty of glasses, cups, plates etc.

Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay in this property. It's situated in a nice quiet area of St Ives, despite being so close to everything! You can see Smeatons Pier in the distance from the living room and are a short walk from the Harbour front and both Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches.
We stayed with our dog who loved her first visit to St Ives. She settled well in this property and we would certainly look at booking this again.

Lovely cottage with in great location, with all modern facility's.

A very memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. If you're over 5' 8" be prepared to crouch through the front door and the upstairs bedroom

Our stay at 4 The Mariners was very good the property is close local amenities and beaches, restaurants and bars
We stayed from Dec 28th through to Jan covering New Year celebrations what a fantastic experience as everyone was in fancy dress it was amazing,we would defiantly stay over new year again.
