Excellent location lovely time as always

Another great stay in Beach court . House comfortable and has a good view of St Ives bay .Very good weather again but the storm on our last day was exciting!

The view from upstairs is lovely but expect lots of early morning noise and bin collection at 5.45 am - I would spend money on something else next time !

A beautiful property with a perfect sea view! Could have everything you possibly need for a holiday. A great location too! We will be back!

Had a lovely week at Beach Court. It's a small but very stylish place with a beautiful sea view. Just yards from St Ives two best beaches - thoroughly recommend.

Great reverse living house taking advantage of the sea views. Comfortable and nicely decorated but be aware there is no freezer compartment in the fridge (Aspects do highlight this online) and there is no hairdryer. That said I would definitely stay there again.

So convenient for everything in St Ives. We parked the car after our arrival and didn’t use it again until we left

We had a lovely two week holiday, enjoyed walks and pottering around the area. We didn’t bring a car but really not needed unless you want to travel around. House ideal for us .

Fantastic location with lovely sea view right by the Island car park.
Unfortunately we do have some issues mainly to do with property standards.
I knew there was no freezer but expected the fridge to have an ice box and it didn’t so our food quickly went off.
We had bad weather and some cold evenings the heating was really difficult to use.

Apart from these niggles we did have a lovely holiday just felt the property was in need of an update and a few things to make

Fantastic location, house has everything you would need for you break,lovely and clean , comfy beds . The only downside was being woken up by refus truck at 6am emptying bins at beach cafe

Second time staying at 2 Beach Court. The location is amazing, much quieter than in the middle of town, yet only a couple of minutes walk away. Had a couple of nasty/wet days (good old English weather) but sat looking out made it bearable as the views are stunning! Two minutes and you’re on Porthgwidden beach and the Island. Spotlessly clean. Arrived to find milk, biscuits, tea and coffee which were a very welcome surprise. Highly recommended!

No2 Beach Court gave us a fantastic base for our Cornish holiday, the view from the front room across the bay and Porthgwidden beach were stunning. The accommodation was in general clean and functional and the access to beaches and town was great. We are considering returning next year.

Dreamy St Ives Holiday! We had a lovely stay at 2 Beach Court. 10/10 for the location, right on the beach with stunning views for drinking my morning coffee on the sofa. Me and my mum stayed here for a week with our small dog. Had a wonderful time. Well cleaned, easy service. The only small issue is parking, as to be expected in St Ives, an issue that can’t be helped. We parked on the Island CarPark all week and had to wait for around 30mins for a space at times. Again no fault of Aspects, but worth considering.

2 Beach Court is in a lovely area on Porthgwidden beach and nice & quiet during the evening. Very close to the Island car park and 2 lovely Beaches.

2 Beach Court living room has an amazing view, made even more impressive by the high tides and windy weather making wave watching a must!
Well located for the Island car park making setting up home straight forward.
A very successful stay with my elderly Mum was had.

2 Beach Court is a lovely little apartment in an excellent location. The views and ability to watch the world go by and of course the changes in the horizon are simply joyful. We saw seals and dolphins in December which was quite amazing !
The furnishings are quite simple and the seating area is not plush but who needs to sit around when you’re in St Ives, I could have stayed forever.

We had a wonderful week at 2 Beach court the weather was amazing . Good walks, with lovely views. The house was comfortable and well equipped.

A lovely Apartment, spacious and comfortable in a great location of St Ives.

Had a wonderful week at 2 Beach Court. Could sit and look out the window all day view was great. Location is brilliant close to everything. Will definitely be going back to Beach Court.

The flat is suitable for <3 people. It is comfortable with adequate space in the bedrooms. It has an excellent view over Carbis Bay. It is in a quiet part of the town close to Porthgwidden beach.
