Minnie's Cottage is a cosy quintessential thatched cottage in the beautiful coastal village of Burton Bradstock. Situated in the heart of the village and just half a mile from the beach it is also perfectly placed with two local pubs and a shop only a two-minute walk away. It is the ideal spot for couples or families to enjoy the Jurassic Coast and a slice of Dorset village life. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, this semi-detached 17th Century cottage provides plenty of space and a lovely and enclosed south-facing rear garden. You enter the property into the open plan living-room, diner and kitchen which makes a wonderful social space for everyone to gather. Packed with original quirks and features it has the feel of a real home-from-home. The addition of a log-effect electric fire adds a cosy appeal for the chillier times of year.

The galley kitchen is well-equipped with lots of storage, surface space as well as a dishwasher and washing machine/drier. A door from the kitchen leads straight out onto the lovely private patio and very pretty garden. The kitchen is wonderfully social with an open marble-topped bar to the living space so no one will miss out on the fun. Completing the downstairs is the bright and spacious shower-room in a clean and contemporary finish.

Heading upstairs you will find two large bedrooms with views out over the garden. The first bedroom is a lovely room in a neutral palette with a real feeling of calm. Featuring a double bed and plenty of storage space as well as deep window ledge, it's perfect for slow start with a coffee and to gaze out over the pretty cottage garden with the birds singing in chorus. The primary bedroom is bright and tastefully styled. Featuring a super-king size bed (that can be split into two singles if required) it also has plenty of storage, hanging space and lovely garden views. With such a quiet and peaceful position, you will sleep well here.

At the rear of the property, you will find yourself in the very pretty traditional English cottage garden. Enclosed with stone-built walls and featuring a tucked away patio space with seating for four it really is an idyllic little spot for some al fresco dining and playing on the lawn. At the front of the property there is parking on the road and as it's located in a cul-de-sac there is no through traffic. Two pubs and the village shop are also just a two-minute walk from the cottage.
