This stunning barn and milking parlour conversion is set within the glorious Dorset countryside, offering panoramic views across the Marshwood Vale and beyond. Hood's provides luxury accommodation for up to four guests (and your dogs!) and is a truly special place to experience.

With plentiful private parking for up to four cars and a fantastic, raised deck and enclosed garden, Hood's provides a peaceful and private space to spend time with friends and family whilst surrounded by a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (now known as National Landscapes).

As you step through the door the immediate feeling is one of contemporary style and openness. To your left is the spacious living space with a gorgeous open plan kitchen and dining area leading into the very special living space with its wall of glass exposing the breathtaking views. This grand room is perfect for relaxing and socialising with plentiful cosy seating and clever design touches throughout.

Heading away from the living space you will find a well-equipped utility-room, very handy for muddy walks. Next is a separate cloakroom before arriving at the beautiful main bathroom with its natural stone wall and full-length picture window allowing you to fully immerse yourself in perfect rural views whilst enjoying a good soak in the deep bath.

Up a couple of steps is the first of the two sumptuous bedrooms with a huge super-king bed (which can be split into two large singles on request) to collapse into after a perfect day exploring. The views from this room over the rolling landscape are just stunning. Up another few stairs you will find the primary bedroom which again offers a gorgeous super-king size bed (can also be split into two large singles) and a feeling of pure luxury throughout with its dramatic vaulted ceiling and a quite stunning en suite shower-room with a large shower cubicle.

If you can tear yourself away from these magical interiors the private outdoor space is a real feature. The large deck with seating, barbecue and an enclosed lawned area is just perfect for soaking up the sun, al fresco dining or just quietly whiling away the hours in this most peaceful of places. If that wasn't enough there are also dog wash facilities in a nearby barn with a dedicated dog bath, hose and towels. The owners here really have thought of everything.

Please note that Hood's is located at Kingsland Farm, run by the owners, which includes the owners' nearby thatched farmhouse, Loaf (6046) and a shepherd's hut used for holiday letting purposes, with each having their own parking areas.

There are free-range chickens on the farm therefore we politely ask that dogs are kept on a lead.
