Overlooking the village green of Sandhurst, Kent, in the beautiful High Weald National Landscape (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), this wonderfully spacious, semi-detached cottage offers the perfect setting for families and friends looking to explore the coast and countryside, shaped by vineyards, hop farms and cherry orchards.

From the moment you arrive you are sure to feel relaxed as you step inside this home from home, dog-friendly cottage. A welcoming hallway leads to two spacious sitting-rooms, one with a cosy wood-burning stove and a kitchen/diner that’s fully equipped for rustling up some family favourites.

There are two enclosed gardens, one with a view of the village clock tower and for some green exercise - a yoga platform. The gardens are perfect for entertaining and al fresco dining, there is also a large fire-pit where you can sit and take in the dark twinkling night skies.

As the evening winds down, make your way upstairs to the first floor, where you’ll find a family bathroom and three generously sized bedrooms: a king, a double and a twin that can be arranged as a super-king if pushed together. Continue to the second floor where there is a double bedroom and en suite shower-room.
