Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mrs Lammond

We had a lovely stay in Driftwood, the house is very warm, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. There is a very good supply of books with some children's ones too should they be needed and lots of DVD's plus a chest of toys and games.
Location is great, a nice walk down the hill to the shops and eateries, we ate at 3 of the restaurants and enjoyed our meals plus The Short & Strong was ideal for a late breakfast every morning!
We would definitely return and are happy to recommend it as a very pleasant holiday let.

Mrs Hayward

Well equipped property. Spacious. Ideally situated. Plenty of restaurants/facilities within walking distance.

Mr Kingman

Fantastic house in a great location, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Charlestown and it gives you a great base to explore so much of Cornwall. The house was clean and well prepared for us and having a selection of games to hand really helped the younger ones stay entertained when we peeled them away from their electronics.

Mrs Sinclair

Charlestown is a good location from which to explore the area, and the house is spacious and well-equipped. Its position on the main road has some drawbacks, but it is quiet overnight.

Mrs Edwards

We had a great week in Driftwood. Charlestown is in a great location for exploring the local area along with local shops/cafes.
Driftwood was clean, well equipped, light and spacious with the added bonus of a sun trap of a garden.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Mrs Heath

What a fantastic property. Very well fitted out. Lovely seaside feel, with great pictures and decorations. The outside space was excellent especially if you have a dog. Really good location with some great places to eat and drink in the village. I would definitely recommend to everyone !

Ms morris

Call out to the cleaning team - this property was spotless! Milk/coffee/biscuits very welcome on arrival. Very comfortable house, good parking, outside space good too. 10 minute walk into Charlestown harbour and Pier House hotel. Lidl/Tesco also short walk from property, Great location for coastal walks. Have stayed in Charlestown before, this property definitely our favourite and am sure will be our ‘go to’ location for future stays in Charlestown.

Mrs Roe

Amazing house, great location. Equipped with everything you need for your holiday. Loved the large garden shed to keep kayak in overnight and area for washing it down. BBQ was used and the seating area was great. Double parking space very useful. Loved our week here. Great place to go exploring - even saw seals at Porthpean !

Mr Rowland

We have reviewed Driftwood before and nothing has changed in that it is exactly as described.
Clean, spacious, excellent location and the bonus of private parking spaces. If you like good food and drink without the hustle of the bigger towns then Charlestown is a good place to be and you're only 5 minutes walk from the harbour and restaurants (10 minutes coming back up the hill though.LOL). I'm sure we'll be back yet again in the future.

Mrs Hayward

?Lovely holiday cottage. Located close to all amenities.
?Location close to Harbour, on a hill but a nice steady walk back, no problem.
?Outside area good.
?Parking easy.
?Bedrooms all good size.
?Kitchen well equipped.
?Our second stay and we'll be back.

Mr Hawtin

This was our first "Holiday Home holiday", we have always in the past used B&B or hotels. We were not disappointed in any way. If you are looking for a well appointed cottage in a central location in Cornwall then this is the place for you. Absolutely ideal!

Mr How

Superb house in a great location, it also has the bonus of dedicated parking spaces. Large kitchen diner and large lounge.
Stayed here a few times now, it’s ideal for larger families

Mr Rowland

The fact we returned to Driftwood just two weeks after our first visit says it all really !!
Superb property, ideal location, great customer service from Michelle and Tracey @ the Mevagissey office.

Mr Rowland

This was a last minute booking as we were already in Cornwall but decided to stay on for another week. We had to vacate the property we were in and made an impromptu visit to Aspect's office in Mevagissey to see if anything was available and Michelle and Tracey went above and beyond to get us sorted out ! They suggested Driftwood in Charlestown and it was everything and more than we needed and we can't recommend the two ladies enough for their very friendly helpful customer service.
It was such a nice property we extended our stay by another two days on top of the original seven.
Two weeks later we found ourselves with some unexpected spare time so called Michelle to see if Driftwood was available and subsequently booked again to stay for twelve nights !
I'm certain we'll look to return again next year but, if we decide to look at another area of Cornwall, the first point of call will be Michelle or Tracey to see what they can recommend.
If all of Aspect's staff are of the same calibre as these two then it must be a fantastic place to be and I hope the company is proud of their staff.

Mrs Hayward

Lovely property. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Convenient parking (2 spaces) in private car park. Will definitely be back.

Mr Fewell

A well decorated, clean and tidy property with all modern amenities. A short walk down to the historic and very interesting Charlestown Harbour with its tall ships and range of pubs and restaurants. A lovely place for a welcome break.

Ms Frances

A lovely comfortable house, very roomy, well equipped.

Only 5 mins from harbour on foot.

Charlestown is a very friendly place and very dog friendly too. Had an amazing meal at Springtide restaurant.

Worth going to Duporth and Porthpean beaches.

The accuracy of which beaches are dog friendly is questionable but maybe because it’s end of season, and less people, it’s been relaxed.

I’d definitely go back. Good value for 4 people.

Mrs Holmes

A lovely house with everything you could possibly need for a home from home.
Charlestown is lovely. Not too commercialised but has the benefits of a Cornish coastline. Lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance but also lovely beaches and coastal walks.
My only negative comment would be that the house had thin walls so can be very noisy. Other than that it was perfect for us and I would definitely return.

Mrs Holder

Very enjoyable holiday. Very nice house and great location.

Mr Forster

A lovely family week away in a great location, the house was lovely and clean well equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved staying here. Nice little walk into to charlestown with plenty of choice of places to eat and drink. Will definitely be staying here again.

Miss Meadows

I have just got back from a fantastic stay at Driftwood, Charlestown. The location was perfect. The bars and restaurants in Charlestown were great and only a short walk away. The house itself was just what we wanted. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outside sitting areas of an evening. The pictures don’t do this house justice, in our opinion it is a lot bigger in person, 6 adults were able to live comfortably for a week. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Prof Fennell

A very comfortable house, ideally located.

Mr How

Lovely large house in a great location, a 10 minute stroll gets you to the harbour and bars/restaurants.
Charlestown is a great base for a Cornwall holiday

Mrs Wilkinson

Good location a short walk to the harbour, the property had everything we needed for a weeks holiday

Mrs Enfield

Lovely stay at Driftwood. Everything we needed and more. Great location to the town and harbour and plenty of places to eat.

Ms Murphy

Mrs Frost-Jones

Lovely, well equipped property just a short walk from Charlestown harbour and its great pubs and restaurants.

Mrs Masterson

What a thoroughly enjoyable holiday we’ve just had at Driftwood, Charlestown.

A charming coastal themed house, excellently equipped for all our needs and a stones throw to the harbour and beach.

The customer service at Aspects Holidays was spot on and we would definitely recommend the house and Aspects to all our friends.

5 stars for sure!

Miss Bedenham

We really enjoyed our stay at Driftwood. The cottage is larger than it looks and has all the amenities for a great holiday in Cornwall. Only a short walk from the shops and restaurants and Charlestown Harbour. A really good base for travelling around Cornwall.

Mr Lambrechts

Perfect location short walk to harbour town and park. Parking right by the house with a secure sunny garden. Well equipped and presented house. Lovely family holiday all around!
