Nestled in the quiet village of St Dogmaels (Llandudoch), one of Pembrokeshire's most picturesque coastal villages, Ty Pinc invites you in with warmth, offering a carefully restored Victorian cottage, balancing heritage features with contemporary comfort.

Inside, the terraced house unfolds with graceful proportion, ceilings rise and rooms offer carefully accentuated details such as the custom print banquette seating in the dining-room, under-floor heated terrazzo floor in the bathroom and exposed original stone walls in some areas. You'll love the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the stylish decor throughout. Original features, such as the floors, have been carefully restored paying homage to its history, combined with the modern touches including a double height bathroom, stainless steel kitchen counters, and furniture that nods towards classic design.

Sunlight moves gently upwards through the cottage, spilling through the original sash windows, settling on soft linens and carefully chosen furnishings which balance heritage and understated luxury. Take a book to the landing reading nook for the best of the afternoon light.

With warm hues, the sitting-room invites long, unhurried evenings, relax in the deep sofas gathered around the glow of the wood-burner, the outside world held at bay by thick stone walls and the hush of the village. In the kitchen, tradition gives way to quiet indulgence, a generous range and the subtle gleam of modern appliances tucked seamlessly into the period setting. The open plan space, incorporating the dining-room, is perfect for slow mornings and lively suppers, where conversations and laughter linger. Katie Phillips, a Welsh interior stylist curated the interior, uniting modern and contemporary with very special flourishes.

On the first floor, the bathroom offers contemporary chic, harmonising perfectly with the Victorian era, assisted by Phoebe Lewis (interior architect) who helped realise the perfect bathroom layout with double height ceilings, a free-standing bath and a separate shower.

The well-appointed bedrooms, a king, a double and a sweet single room are all furnished with high quality linens and shaped by individually muted tones. Escape to the cwtch on the second floor; an ideal space for older children or for some peaceful time with a good book.

The back door opens to the fresh Pembrokeshire air with an enclosed garden and large sun terrace. Mornings begin with slow breakfasts and birdsong, evenings settle under the golden light of sunset. Both children and dogs will love playing in the garden.
