The bi-fold doors and Juliet balcony in this space light it up and let the salty sea air in on balmy days. Of an evening, unwind with a film on the Smart TV.
The kitchen is an immaculate oasis of glossy white and fitted with all the equipment you need for a smooth-running self-catering holiday. You'll find a dishwasher, wine cooler, fridge/freezer and an induction hob. There's a double oven and the top one has a microwave setting too, if you'd like a night off cooking. You'll also find a washing machine to the front of the converted garage. Adjacent to the kitchen, the well-presented dining space boasts a sociable square table that can seat up to eight guests.
Up here you can also walk through a set of double French doors and out onto a large, decked balcony. It's a fantastic spot for soaking up the north Devon sunshine. You'll find comfortable seating and a table, plus a hanging egg chair for a moment of peace while you sip your morning brew.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor of the main property and include an elegant principal bedroom with oatmeal hued button back king-size bed, flanked with bedside cabinets topped with eye-catching turquoise and coral lamps. You'll also find a built-in wardrobe for all your holiday outfits, along with an immaculate en suite shower-room.
There's also a bedroom with bunk-beds which are full-size, making them perfect for children and adults alike, along with a room which can be set up as a king-size bedroom or twin, it's your call. There's a family bathroom decorated in calming shades of grey and cream.
The rear of the garage now hosts a lovely garden-room featuring a Smart TV and a sofa bed for two of the party.
Outside, you'll find a large lawned garden which boasts a hot tub, a wonderful place to unwind amongst the bubbles while the sun sets. There's also a decked area with another outdoor table set, plus a barbecue for those balmy summer evenings. Why not start a family games night using the Boules court? Wrap up beach days with a quick rinse off in the outside shower which, mercifully, is warm. There's also an outside board rack and parking for one small or two large cars in front of the garage.

Fantastic property. Would stay here every time we're in Croyde. Lots of space for a family and lovely extra touches. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent holiday home. Location close to local shops/pubs and beach. Plenty of walks nearby. The weather was awful but as the house was so pleasant, we were happy to be staying in.
