Perfectly positioned between the beach and the village, with a five-minute walk to both, Shoreline View is in the perfect location for your next north Devon holiday. If your dream getaway involves frolicking on the beach, adventuring on the coast path and hanging out with your family in a sea view beach house, look no further!

Step inside this dog-friendly property and into the dual-aspect sitting-room. Decorated in pared back neutrals and plenty of charming wood, it has a modern beach house vibe. The squishy sofas are the perfect place to drop after a day spent exploring this gorgeous corner of the country. Pick a film on the flatscreen TV and if it's cold out, light the gorgeous wood-burner.

Wander through to the bright and airy open plan kitchen/diner, with French doors opening onto the paved patio and lawned garden beyond. The white kitchen is perfectly kitted out for a successful self-catering stay, and the under-floor heating throughout means no cold toes when you pad downstairs for your first cup of the day. Nestled by the kitchen is a round dining-table, the perfect sociable spot to tuck into a holiday feast. If the sun's out, decant to the patio and enjoy a meal al fresco instead. There's even a cosy sofa nook by the patio doors, the perfect sunny spot to curl up with your holiday read of choice.

On the ground floor you'll also find a handy cloakroom for all your outerwear, meanwhile the utility-room with washing machine and tumble-drier is perfect for staying on top of your holiday washing. Travelling with all your gear? There's space in the garage for everyone's boards, kayaks and bikes.

There are three bedrooms at Shoreline View, sleeping up to six guests between them. The principal bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en suite and views stretching out over the village, dunes and ocean beyond. You'll also find another king-size bedroom with en suite and sea views, along with a twin bedroom.

As well as the two en suites there's a roomy family bathroom with a separate bath and shower. And as if that weren't enough, there's an extra shower in the garage, perfect for washing off after a day spent on the beach. The outside tap is deal for washing off sandy toes or wetsuits.

Shoreline View boasts a sweet patio with comfy corner sofa seating, plus a spacious lawned garden perfect for any visiting dogs or children to enjoy. To the front there's parking for up to four cars.

Mrs Rowe

This was our second stay in the property and again it was fantastic, thoroughly recommend.

Mrs Newman

This place was just perfect. We’ve been coming to Croyde as a family for 20 years, always used to stay at the local caravan site but since my son arrived 12 years ago we started booking holiday cottages, with a variety of different companies over the years, mainly due to my son being autistic and very environment sensitive.

This was our first time to shoreline view and it was, by far, the best place we have stayed in croyde. Just perfect for our family and in an ideal location perfectly placed between Croyde village and the beach. We couldn’t leave without rebooking this property for our next stay we loved it that much. The furniture is great, the garden was ideal for our dog, and everything was spotless on arrival. We can’t wait till next year when we visit again, my son keeps checking the app for the countdown!

Bullard

Stunning property. The photos do not do this house justice. From the top brand equipment, soft furnishings, decor, amenities, every detail has been carefully thought of to make you feel at home. This was truly a LUXURY break. The property was super clean both inside and outside was well maintained. The location was superb and a lovely short walk to the local eateries and pubs. The beach was stunning, even in October and again an easy walk to the beach. This property is more than 5 star and will highly recommend the property and Classic Cottages to everyone.

Hunter

A superb and well-equipped spacious property in a lovely location, within walking distance of the beach and village centre.

Smith

A very comfortable and stylish house, in a great location for the village and the beach; an easy walk to both.
We are a family of 4 adults and 2 children so 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked very well for us.
We would book it again.
