During the Christmas/New Year period, bookings are available for a minimum of 12 guests staying in a minimum of two cottages.

Perched above a central courtyard with views across the Devon countryside, this rural retreat is perfect for small families or couples seeking peace and comfort in beautiful surroundings.

Swallow is a charming first floor, one level cottage, reached via a flight of stairs and makes clever use of its space to create a welcoming and relaxing holiday home. Inside, the open plan kitchen and living area feels wonderfully light thanks to its south-facing windows and Velux roof lights, which fill the room with sunshine throughout the day - perfect for lazy mornings with a coffee or quiet evenings after a day of exploring.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need during your stay and, from the window, you'll enjoy stunning views stretching out across the valley and woodlands. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, armchair and television, making it a cosy space to unwind with a good book or family film.

Swallow Cottage sleeps up to four guests, with a comfortable double bedroom for the grown ups and a bunk bedroom that children will love. The bathroom includes a bath with a fitted shower, offering the choice of a quick refresh or a long, relaxing soak.

Across the courtyard, you'll find Swallow Cottage's private detached garden, complete with outdoor furniture and a parasol - a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast in the sun, evening drinks, or simply taking in the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Guests staying at Swallow Cottage can also enjoy all the wonderful facilities at Robin Hill Farm, including the indoor heated swimming pool, kept at a comfortable 28 degrees year-round, a fun-filled games-room with pool, foosball and table-tennis, and 12 acres of meadows and woodland trails to explore.

There are five additional cottages within Robin Hill Farm, Wren Cottage (6038), Kingfisher Cottage (6040), Heron Cottage (6041), Puffin Cottage (6042) and Gull Cottage (6043) sleeping 30 in total and can all be booked out together making Robin Hil Farm the ultimate destination for large groups wanting to explore the amazing Devon countryside.
