Fantastic home, very spacious light and airy. Lovely sea view. Very close to the beach. The home has everything you'll need. Two showers is a bonus. Lots of games to entertain the kids.

We could highly recommend this property.
Great location for St Ives town, restaurants and beaches. Lovely views over to Godrevey lighthouse.
We were grandparents with our son, partner and 5 yo granddaughter and it suited everyone.
The Aspect’s team were great and kept us fully informed.

Trevano is exactly as described. A great property just up the hill from Porthmeor beach. We like it as it's away from the hustle and bustle for our pointer, Ziggy who tends to grumble at every noise.
Everything you could want in a holiday home. Very comfortable, light and airy with views of Godrevy lighthouse from the upstairs windows. Kitchen was lovely in the morning to sit in as was the courtyard area outside. Beds were lovely and comfortable and cool as they are downstairs. We had fantastic weather during our stay. The shower was excellent!! I would highly recommend Trevano for a peaceful, comfortable stay, yet only a short stroll into town.

Trevarno was a very nice property and we really enjoyed our week there. The house was clean, tidy, comfortable and pleasant to be in. A car parking space is invaluable.

One of the best well equipped homes we've stayed in, home from home. So clean on arrival and perfect location with parking, if you like to stay in St Ives - everything you need within walking distance of the property.

We stayed as a family of 4 and a dog - it was very comfortable, spacious and welcoming.

The beds were so comfortable and very handy having two showers when getting back from the beach.

Kitchen was very well equipped and we all enjoyed the outside space very much, would definitely stay again.

Really comfortable and well equipped accommodation, stayed here twice now and would book again for sure.

Stayed here several times, just love it, very homely. Parking, outside space and just a few minutes walk to the beach, living room is great, lots of space, but the kitchen is the heart of the house 100% recommend

Love love love St Ives. This is our 6th time of visiting. We have stayed twice in Trevarno and have booked again for next year. Lovely location - upside down house so view of the sea. Very modern facilities and had everything you needed. Outside space with small table and chairs - gets sun in the afternoon. The only downside is it is up a very steep hill when walking back from St Ives center. Would highly recommend this property and holidaying in St Ives with all its lovely restaurants pubs and shops.

Trevarno is a fabulous place to stay, a real home from home. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The courtyard area is perfect for catching the sun and very sheltered.
We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Great family property , comfortable with added extras, parking space although tight managed to fit my qashqai although you do have to be good at parking .. peaceful surroundings although in built up area, out of the main flow of St Ives. It within easy access of porthmeor beech and roads to visits local attractions . Would deffo stay there again ..

We have stayed in St Ives a number of times and this was probably the best house yet , nicely decorated and comfortable. It was easy to get in and out of town although you can’t avoid the hills !!
We had 2 small dogs so the garden is an added bonus in St Ives and we would definitely stay again .

We stayed between Christmas & New Year and this property was ideal. Not too far to walk into St Ives in fancy dress and back again but far enough away to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful beaches a few minutes walk away and just as beautiful coastal path walks in the opposite direction. A local shop was located towards St Ives, which we preferred going to as it was supporting the town and community and a Spar in the opposite direction. We were informed the parking space to the front of the property could only accommodate a small car but we managed to park our Toyota Rav 4 within the space with the mirrors folded and some expert manoeuvring. We had booked parking online through the Cornwall website just in case so that we could have parked in a nearby car park if there was spaces available, but we didn’t have to use a car park in the end, which was great. Overall we’d recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Trevarno over Christmas. We loved the house and everything it had to offer. The little touches such as a welcome hamper plus the Christmas decorations were very much appreciated.

We felt very at ease in trevarno, comfortable , clean and bright. Great location, everywhere was within easy reach. The outside space was just enough for our 2 small dogs, parking was adequate, we have already booked for next year.

Aspects delivered spot on yet again! Lovely stay at Trevarno and would highly recommend.

A bit out of town (10 min walk) but very peaceful because of that. We arranged an online delivery of shopping via Asda to get provisions.
Very modern and comfortable throughout.
Dogs only allowed upstairs so be aware when booking.
Parking adequate for our Vauxhall Corsa. Lovely to have parking in St Ives.
We would definitely return. We had a lovely holiday.

Our 2nd stay here, we just love it, very comfortable and homely, in a quiet area, but only 10 minutes walk into the centre of St Ives, Porthmeor beach just down the hill. We will definitely return to this wonderful house

Lovely accommodation in a great, quiet location. Parking outside is ideal. Easy access to town and beaches and a great hill to work off the Christmas chocolates.

If you are looking for a beautiful family home then look no further than this! Honestly I don’t even look at the reviews anymore for Aspect Holidays because every property is beautiful, but if you do then just know this one is amazing!

This is an upside down house, great for kids with a stair gate set up. The furnishings are comfortable, homely and modern. The parking space is tight, although we have a Ford Focus which I would not class as a “small car” and were able to park without issue.

Location is good, obviously St Ives is hilly, so you will be hard pressed to find a property where you do not have to walk up and down hills.

There is a nice sun trap courtyard, not massive but big enough for two bistro tables and my pug could run around.

Will deffo be back! :)

So good to find a property close to the beach that also has parking and outside space. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had a fab week!

Excellent cottage just up from the sea front. Very comfortable and clean with everything within easy walking distance. Would recommend to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Great property for views when walking down to Porthmeor Beech, a small but dog friendly garden ideal for up to 2 dogs. Not for the faint hearted as the hill going back to the property from the Town/Beech is very steep. Overall we loved it and we have booked for next year.

Lovely upside down house. Great kitchen and seating area - this was our second stay in the house. The small but very convenient parking space is a real bonus !! The bottle of wine left for us was lovely - Thank-you

We had a lovely stay in Trevarno. Good location - quiet but close to amenities. Fantastic views from the sofa over to Godevrey lighthouse !! Well equiped and light kitchen. Parking was a great bonus and fitted our volvo. The house was very clean and had everything we wanted to make our holiday very enjoyable

A beautiful house in a perfect location with close proximity to Porthmeor beach and St Ives town amenities.
Lots of lovely restaurants to eat in St Ives, including the Rum & Crab shack, The Queens pub, Rajpoot Indian restaurant and the Firehouse Grill (this is always busy so book in advance!).
