Small but perfectly formed, the light filled, open plan, layout has been thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, with the inviting sofa bed providing a cosy spot to unwind after a day by the coast, easily transforming into a comfortable sleeping space by night. The bijoux galley style kitchen is cleverly arranged to make the most of the space, offering everything you need to prepare leisurely breakfasts or an evening meal. For those days when you just want a lazy morning, a sunny terrace area awaits at the side of the property, accessed via six stone steps. Here, you'll find lovely sea views out across the rooftops, perfect for al fresco dining or simply soaking up the Cornish sun with a good book in hand. A short 10 minute stroll away brings you to the golden sands of Porthmeor Beach, with the picturesque harbourfront only a little further on, with its cobbled streets lined with shops, cafes and galleries. For those who love the outdoors, the nearby Southwest Coast Path is easily accessible, offering breathtaking walks along the rugged coastline to Zennor, where you can stop off for a pint and bite to eat. Whether you're looking for chilled out beach days or coastal adventures, this delightful little studio is the perfect base!

Everything I needed was provided and very clean. The location is amazing and the parking space is perfect. Can’t wait to return

Yet another great holiday with Aspects. This is the smallest place we've stayed in, but we had everything we needed. It was great to have a parking space and some outside space, from which you can see the sea over the rooftops. It's nicely decorated and has a good range of equipment, plus a good size shower room. It would have been nice to have blackout blinds. A washing machine was a bonus and the welcome goodies were very much appreciated. We used the fizz to celebrate Arsenal winning the Premier League!
