Another gem of an apartment through Aspects. The dog friendly apartment was immaculately clean, lots of finishing touches. Lovely views out to sea and over to Godrevy lighthouse. Excellent location for Porthmeor beach and walk into centre of St Ives. Already looked to book again for next year, but many weeks already taken, I’m not surprised. The apartment is a credit to the owners.

An amazing accommodation that makes you feel instantly at home. Also terrific views of the ocean and a very quiet place it’s around 10 minutes walk in to the town but definitely worth it.

Beautiful apartment, lovely furnishings, great views, additional extras. Would highly recommend if you don't mind the steep hills to get around.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable 2 bedroom flat located in a quiet close at the top of the hill above the Tate Gallery. Ten mins walk from the main busy part of St Ives - convenient parking - lovely bedrooms. There was only me this time but i can imagine the place accommodating 2 couples or 1 couple and 2 children quite comfortably as long as they are all ok sharing the same bathroom! Nice views out to the bay and close to the beachside cafe/bars/restaurants. Lovely place - no qualms about recommending it. Also thanks to the very helpful and responsive Aspect staff for their help!

We had an amazing time in St Ives! We stayed for two weeks - the location was perfect, and the apartment was great. It had all the kitchen equipment that you would need, and having the washing machine was an added bonus!!

I can't fault the service that we received through Aspect Holidays. We had a slight issue with the shower, I called in the morning and by lunchtime the issue had been resolved.

The only reason we are not using them again next year is due to our apartment already being booked - which is a shame!

A clean, tidy, comfortable, and very well equipped apartment in a good location just a couple of minutes walk away from the beach (slight hill to walk up); we really enjoyed our stay in 20 Carthew Court. For 2 adults, 1 older child and 2 dogs, it was perfect. Onsite parking was great, decoration and furnishings lovely, equipped with pretty much everything you need for a very comfortable stay, great sea views from many windows, and residents friendly in the quiet apartment complex.

We have been visiting St Ives for 25+ years, and Aspects Holidays have much higher standards than other holiday coordinators we have used - we'd highly recommend : )

Always find a good holiday with aspect I popped into the shop in st ives on the Saturday as one of the blinds had fallen down in the bedroom and it was fixed on the same day very good service

We enjoyed a great week at 20 Carthew Court, it is a lovely holiday home equipped with everything you could need. The view is great and we even managed to sit out on the balcony a couple of times which wasn't bad for September! We would definitely recommend and it would be the first place we'd stay when back in St Ives.

We stayed in this accommodation in 2019, so knew we wouldn't be disappointed. Lovely welcome essentials on arrival (tea, coffee, biscuits, loo roll, sponges dishwasher tablets). Clean, well decorated house, with enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and a dog.

Fantastic views of the sea and more on the balcony. One flight of stairs down was a lovely little garden area for the dog to have a short walk. For those environmentally conscious there is a recycling system in place. For those who want their clothes cleaning a washing machine, airer and rotary washing line.

We managed to get one if the spare parking spaces on our last day which allowed us to extend our last day. Great location near to the main beach (but on the more private side) and that beach is next to the harbour and shops.

Can't fault this place. Even when we left our chromecast we had it returned at the cost of Aspects.

We really enjoyed our stay at 20 Carthew Court in March. We loved the proximity to the beach and town with the added bonuses of a balcony with a sea view and a parking space. We liked the modern decor and style of the apartment. It was very clean and well equipped. A lot of thought has gone into it and how best to maximise the space. Another bonus was how well the Wi-Fi worked which isn’t always the case in St Ives. We will definitely look to book again.

Excellent location and smart property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 20 Carthew Court, which is decorated and equipped to a good standard, with some lovely touches, like camping chairs and a windbreaker to take on the beach. It certainly is at the quiet end of town, however, there are some hills to navigate if you are walking to and from town, which may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.

This property was in an ideal location for the beach. Its functional and the balcony was a plus

We had a super time in St Ives. 20 Carthew Court is in a great location to the beach / town centre / to travel around Cornwall easily. The house is well equipped and spacious. Would recommend this place and would certainly come back.

The location was excellent as far as seaviews are concerned but would not be so good for anyone with walking difficulties as the hill down into St Ives is very steep, although there is a carpark at the bottom of the hill where a space can be booked in advance and paid for over the phone. The apartment was well equiped and it comfortable. The balcony would be an added bonus in the summer.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider booking again.

Excellent accommodation, exactly as detailed on the advertising web site. Conveniently located for the town and beaches, the car parking is a must for St Ives. We would have booked for next year but it had already been taken prior to our visit.

Superbly located above Porthmeor beach. Peaceful , clean and superbly equipped with all you could need. The welcome pack provided was more than welcome and a very kind thought. Thank you. Parking close to the property was a godsend and essential when visiting St Ives in season. Everything you could need for a great holiday. Those with mobility issues, or those of a certain age, should be aware of the steep climb back up to the property from sea level.

Wonderful view, fantastic place . Lovely accommodation. Not for people with a disability due to it being at the top of a steep hill. If you are young / fit would highly recommend.

Convenient location with sea views and your own parking space is a bonus with the limited parking facilities close by. The steep hill from Porthmeor Beach to the flat was trying at times but worthwhile when you take in the views from this area.

Lovely apartment has everything you need for your holiday. Is situated at the top of a fairly steep hill so you need to be quite fit to stay here. Parking space is a help as well.

20 Carthew Court was located in a nice quiet part of the town. It was nice and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was good. The provided parking space was very handy and easy to use. The local residents were very friendly.

From my first contact with Aspects Holiday, everything went very smoothly. They handled all of my questions promptly and professionally, and nothing was too much bother, I would highly recommend them. The accommodation was just as described on their website, and I couldn’t fault anything.

Great location with fantastic sea views

Another happy stay in Carthew Court. We love the location and the designated parking space. Porthmoer beach is lovely, plenty of opportunities for body boarding and sandcastles building, and the cafe is a cut above the average beach fare with salads, quiches and all sorts of healthy additions.
This year we visited Penlee Park open air theatre, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Cornwall Seal Sanctuary, and thoroughly enjoyed all three. We are already planning the next visit.

A nice little flat with great sea views. The hill can be a challenge coming back from the beach with 2 kids, a buggy and loads of beach stuff but we made it! The flat was well-equipped and it’s great to have a parking space in St.Ives in August.

We loved our stay here, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. With great views and only a short walk to the town and beach, even the walk back up the hill was absolutely fine. We will definitely stay here again ??

Great location not too far from either the beach or the town. Very steep hill coming back up though! Really peaceful away from the town. Appreciated the welcome pack left of tea, coffee etc and kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to do any cooking. Would not hesitate in recommending as a great place to stay for the week.

This was a lovely property in a fantastic quiet location. The views from the balcony are great and the parking space is a definite bonus in St Ives in August! Would book again.

Very quiet location ideal for relaxing but also for being a short walk from either the coastal path or down to Porthmeor beach and the centre of St Ives.

The apartment provides everything you need. We love Carthew Court because it is only a short walk to the centre of St Ives and it has lovely sea views. The Carthew Court area is well maintained and clean and it is a very peaceful location.

Perfect location for easy access to seeing other areas in Cornwall without having to go through the middle of the town and only being a few minutes walk into St Ives. Quite a steep walk back up but you soon get used to it. It means you can have extra ice creams, cream teas and pasties!

It was our first visit to cornwall and enjoyed it very much a parking space was a bonus at carthew court

Comfy modern accommodation in walking distance of Porthmeor and with benefit of easy parking. We had a great week.
