Topside

Topside was perfect for our Christmas escape. We rented it together with Piggy in the Middle giving us exclusive use of the whole building. There was everything we needed, both Appartments were equipped to the highest standards and were very clean and spacious. The welcome hamper and Christmas tree just made it extra special. Situated in the centre of the high street with easy access to all amenities and lovely dog walks. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The cottage was very well equipped, clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend Topside to family and friends. Moreton-in-Marsh is a lovely location with lots of cafes and shops. The market on Tuesday morning was a particular delight. There are so many places to visit around the area. We would recommend Cotswold Wildlife Park, Batsford Arboretum and Falconry Centre, Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold. The welcome pack of wine, cake, butter, eggs, milk and bread was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. We would definitely stay at Topside again. Thank you.

Lovely apartment close to all amenities needed for a perfect holiday, would highly recommend, secluded balcony was a bonus, with views of the roof tops, very quiet and not overlooked at all . Was greeted with flowers, wine, butter, bread and cake couldn’t ask for anymore

Topside is a lovely, spacious apartment, with a high standard of furnishings and attention to detail. The location was perfect, with everything you want for a lovely stay within walking distance. We'd certainly return.

Lovely place to stay, the town is really nice, great market on a Tuesday, good places to eat. The apartment had everything and more, the terrace is lovely to sit out when the weather is good. Thank you for a lovely place to stay x

Topside is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is in an excellent situation in the centre of this busy market town with a wealth of restaurants and shops. Moreton is well situated for touring all areas of the Cotswolds and beyond and also has rail links to Oxford and London. Although there is no designated parking space this is no problem at all.

Topside is wonderfully located in the center of Moreton-In-Marsh, which is pretty and has lots of lovely pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. It is also well situated to access all the main Cotswolds villages. The property is up several flights of stairs with no lift so you might want to get some steps in before you go to ensure you can run up two at a time!! (Just joking, but they are steep). The apartment was exactly as the photographs show and was super clean and comfortable. There also was a little welcome basket which is always an appreciated touch. There is another apartment below and there was some normal noise transference but nothing too intrusive. Parking is available in a car park directly opposite and is free for 2 hours, overnight parking is free and there is some on street parking too. We had a lovely stay here for 3 nights and are happy to recommend as a great stopping off point on any Cotswold adventure. Dealings with Classic Cottages as always was a delight and we highly recommend them for your trusted holiday company with a lovely caring personal touch! Something i particularly value in 2024.

Good well equipped tidy flat in a great central location in Moreton in Marsh. No problems getting parked outside and across street.. though we usually moved car across street in evenings into the no-time-limit areas. Moreton a good location for touring Cotswolds… with added bonus of both train and bus services for relaxed no-driving days out to must-see villages… Lots of day and evening food and drinking options in MM… at least 3 supermarkets (Tesco Local, Aldi and Co-op) and a few other shops… Would stay at the cottage again if visiting the area…

Everything was perfect! It was delightful to arrive to a beautifully decorated (it was Christmas), cosy and well equipped place. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds and there are many eateries just a stone’s throw away. Also easy parking. Overall a fabulous experience.

Accom beautiful with quality furn and fittings, made our stay feel special! Bed was the most comfortable we've ever had in a holiday rental. Perfectly situated for walks from the door, didn't use our car all weekend with everything within easy walking reach we needed. Would definitely stay at Topside again.

Topside was a great find, a true ‘gem’ of an apartment. Central location, easy parking - a truly sumptuous apartment. Would highly recommend.

The perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds with plenty of parking and everything on our doorstep. The added bonus of the outdoor area was great to sit outside into the evening. Would definitely go back and stay here again.

Lovely modern apartment situated ideally for exploring The Cotswolds, with walks from the doorstep. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop within a stones throw. Although no parking is provided, we never had an issue finding an unrestricted space for the entire week we stayed. The outside terrace offers a fabulous sun trap. The train station is easily walkable from this property if you choose to travel by train, with the added bonus of a tesco express (open daily until 11pm) just a few doors away, so you can grab any essentials on arrival. We ate at The Black Bear a couple of times, food was excellent, but be sure to book a table as they can get very busy.
