Mrs Diamandis
Our break at Heringaud Barn was a wonderfully peaceful stay. Immaculately clean, warm and welcoming. Equipped with everything you could need and located in the centre of this quiet and historical village. The only traffic were the walkers en route of the many nearby trails. Our dog loved the large enclosed paddock for a sniff or ball game - perfect. And the WiFi was super fast and efficient which was a definite bonus. Can highly recommend and very much hope to return soon.
Mr Brennand
This is a lovely property in a great location. The facilities are excellent and having access to a BBQ, dishwasher, freezer, washer and tumble dryer made our stay highly convenient. We walked every day and can recommend using the 13 bus route from the Seven Sisters Visitor Centre to access Beachy Head and walk back along the cliffs. Another fantactic walk is over the fields to Alfriston and if you're feeling like you've got a bit extra in you, further on to Berwick and the excellent Cricketers Arms. When we had a problem with the WiFi it was fixed within the hour. Can't wait to book our return stay!
Mrs Miller
Heringaud Barn has everything - pristine appearance and equipment, wonderful setting, sitting outside space with table and chairs and the paddock, safely fenced, for children to play in.
Mr Walker
We had a lovely stay in a beautiful, historic village with lots of wonderful walks. Heringaud Barn was well equipped, comfortable and cosy with lovely views. The owner was very helpful with useful advice. An incredibly peaceful location and would highly recommend. We hope to return!
Mr Michell
Ideal location for those with dogs who enjoy walking. Local pub, Plough & Harrow, has good food and the local beer.
Mrs Jackson
An extremely peaceful and delightful hamlet. Heringaud Barn is light and airy and warm. The bed is very comfortable, and great reading lamps! We really enjoyed our stay.
Mr Giles
Very good
Mrs Bonville-Ginn
Lovely historic village in a good location. The property has a cramped kitchen, tired looking furniture and tight access in and out of the drive. Showers and beds ok. Nice produce in the farm shop.
