Kynance Cove is the wonderful outlook for your Cornish holiday, no matter what time of year. The dramatic coastline of The Lizard is a National Landscape (formerly an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and includes The Lizard National Nature Reserve. Enjoy looking over the striking vista down to the sea or walk along to the coast path and explore the hidden coves.

The open plan living space opens to a fabulous decking where you can enjoy a drink in the sunshine watching the ever-changing countryside. The comfortable and spacious sitting-room has a cosy wood-burner for chillier days. In the warmer months enjoy opening the patio doors and feel the fresh sea breeze. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area opens out through French windows to the garden and is the perfect place to catch up over a delicious meal with fabulous views and sunsets over Mount's Bay all the way to Land's End.

Thank you Classic Cottages and The Look Out House, you absolutely made our holiday. We have had such a wonderful time in Cornwall, The lookout house was just immaculate and surpassed all of our expectations, everything was fantastic, from the super comfy beds, lovely decor, really well equipped and fantastically friendly neighbours, not to mention those views and the numerous beaches we where near! We where never short of things to do and coming back to The Look Out house after a busy day was lovely! I am definitely recommending Classic Cottages to friends and family and I am already on the lookout for our next holiday, if we don’t decide to book The Lookout House again!

Mrs Cannon

A beautiful house in a fabulous location with everything one needed for a lovely holiday. Well equipped kitchen and clean, efficient bathrooms. Very relaxing place on the edge of the village with amazing views. Close to several wonderful beaches, good parking for two cars and a short stroll into town or down to Lizard Point for a drink or ice cream. Hope to return.

Mrs Williams

A beautiful house in an amazing location! If you prefer not to use the car every day, then this is an ideal choice of accommodation. Within walking distance of Lizard Point, Lizard village, pubs, cafes, shops & restaurants, plus surrounded by beautiful walks along the Cornish coast! We loved every minute in ‘The Lookout House’ & would highly recommend!

Mrs Burge

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful house - perfectly situated with wonderful views. A perfect family home from home.

Mr Maxwell

This is an excellent holiday retreat - great layout for a family, tastefully decorated and breath taking views.

Mr Huckett

Great cottage in a great location less than 5 mins from village centre. Excellent base for walking the cliffs around the Lizard - you can do a section each day and return to the village easily enough. The view and being able to hear the sound of the sea from the garden makes for a very relaxing holiday. The lounge is extremely comfortable for when the weather isn't so great.
