Far reaching views over stunning countryside and the distant sea can be enjoyed from this gorgeous countryside retreat.

Arriving along the pretty lane you will immediately feel your stresses float away. Little Trebarvah has been thoughtfully converted to make the most of the outlook with wide windows in the open plan living space on the first floor, surrounded by lush farmland where Dexter cattle and Shetland sheep graze.

The beautifully converted barn makes the most of the space, on the first floor is the open plan living-room with exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling. Relax on the sofas in front of the wood-burner or enjoy a bountiful meal around the table. The friendly owners and their family, who live on site, can even provide you with some delicious home-grown beef if you wish to try it and organic vegetable boxes.

The two bedrooms and family bathroom are on the ground floor where you enter the property, ideal for dropping off your bags. The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed to ensure a good night's slumber and the second bedroom has twin beds perfect for children or friends. The family bathroom has a bathtub for soaking those weary limbs after a day exploring.

Outside, the lovely patio is a real sun-trap, stretch out and relax on a sun lounger on the grass and enjoy dining al fresco. The enclosed parking and garden are ideal for dogs, and the owners are also able to provide an exercise field (on request), should they need a run around which is such a luxury.

There is a handy laundry-room outside the property which is ideal for storing bikes, drying wet beach towels or muddy walking boots. Little Trebarvah is semi-detached and adjoins a small property occasionally used by friends.

Ms O'Connor

Another lovely stay. Flowers on the table and cream scones on arrival are really thoughtful touches. Always nice and clean and in a lovely area. The owners are really lovely and helpful. Another 5* holiday. Thank you

Mr Rogers

We had a lovely stay at Little Trebarvah due to the kind and thoughtful nature of our hosts. We particularly enjoyed a quiet countryside break which was situated in the ideal location for holidays.

Miss Havell

Really lovely cottage in a perfect area to visit the bottom part of Cornwall. Lovely host. The cream tea that was awaiting us in our arrival was delicious. The cottage makes the most of the views by having the upstairs space for lounge, dining and kitchen. A really fantastic space.

Mrs Zak

The cottage is very spacious, clean, well equipped, and beautiful. It is in a perfect location to travel around Cornwall and visit top tourist attractions as well as stunning beaches!

Mr Millard

Little Trebarvah was a delightful holiday base for us (couple + dog) and we had a wonderful stay. It is very attractive (inside and out) and well equipped, with a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. A great location for exploring all the sites in West Cornwall and beyond. The cottage is in an elevated position with lovely countryside views, and the upside-down living spaces make the most of this. Little T is part of a small farm and market garden. It was great to have use of a secure paddock to give the dog some off-lead free time, and also the interconnecting local footpaths that run through the farm - a particularly lovely spot in the valley, alongside the stream. The hosts are close-by to help with anything if needed, but not at all intrusive. We made use of their tasty salad and veg, fresh from the earth. Will def stay again.

Ms O'Connor

We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage was so clean and well equipped. We are rebooking for next year :)

Mr Rogers

A very pleasant stay where Dominique and family made us very welcome. Paul and Rachel

Mrs Bloodworth

Very welcoming host. Dog very welcome and given information about where dog could be walked safely.

Mrs Phillips

A beautiful spot to return to after a busy day exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. So peaceful and fabulous views. Great open plan space for the family and the Laundry room was a real bonus to get all our beach gear clean and dry. Friendly and welcoming owner and a delicious arrival treat!

Mr Rogers

We had a most enjoyable stay at Little Trebarvah. A very well equipped property in an peaceful countryside location. Dominique was very friendly and helpful. We have booked to stay again next year!0

Ms Scannell

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Little Trebarvah. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and decorated thoughtfully and very comfortably. We had everything we needed and more. Excellent location for visiting the end part of Cornwall, lots of good local eating out recommendations from the owners who left us to get on with our holiday but were on hand to deal with any queries whenever we had them. Thank you for a great visit!!

Miss Nelson

Fantastic cottage we loved it and would stay again. Views fabulous and was well equipped for all our needs. Host was lovely. Location perfect for Helston, Lizard, Porthleven, Praa Sands & many more places.

Mrs Hunt

Perfect 2 week holiday. So peacefully. Lovely welcome by the owners. Set in beautiful countryside with wonderful views.

Mrs Bloodworth

Little Trebarvah is a delightful gem with charming ambience. Very comfortable cottage with far-reaching views across tranquil Cornish countryside. Secluded and safe garden for peaceful evenings, or the afternoon cream tea provided. The cottage is light and bright with much character and contemporary twists. Dominique and Richard are delightful, discreet and helpful hosts. Their Dexter beef is second to none. So glad to have brought some home. (Remember to take ice blocks and a cold bag!) I very much look forward to returning.

Mrs Noye

Excellent location for a complete relaxation.

Mrs Lawrence-Greenwood

The cottage was beautiful and very well equipped with lovely views. The lanes however were very narrow and overgrown and nothing in walking distance. A lovely stay but disappointed about having to drive everywhere.

Miss Hoskin

Beautiful location with excellent views, lovely afternoon tea ready for me even with late arrival. Well equipped, and tasty fresh produce available from their farm garden.

Mr Webb

Little Trebarvah is a lovely cottage. It is very well equipped and spacious. Having the use of a laundry room was welcome. You do need a car but that really isn’t an issue. There are load of walks on your doorstep and lots very locally to do with those with young families, including the Cornish Seal Sanctuary which we visited twice in the week, it’s bigger than you think. The owners are very welcoming and provided a delicious cream tea on our arrival.

Miss Cole

Really love this website. Have used it twice now for bookings and will use it again. Easy to navigate, excellent filters and lots of choice for accommodation. 100% recommend.

Mr Bowen

A genuinely lovely cottage with plenty of room and very warm - a warmth matched with the lovely welcome by the owners. Little Trebarvah was a perfect base for us to explore the various coastlines and go on long adventures with our dog.

Mrs Norrish

We had a lovely stay, the cottage was a great base for exploring North Cornwall with very helpful owners next door It was very well equipped , clean and peaceful .

Mr. WAISSEN

Everything about Little Trebarvah was perfect. The location, the setting, the facilities and especially the warm welcome we received from our friendly hosts. On arrival we even had scones and jam waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The farm has its own sheep and Dexter Cows and views to the distant sea which makes it idyllic in everyway. Another added bonus with this farm is that Martin and Dominique (the cottage owners) sell their own beef which was, without doubt, the best we'd had anywhere in the world. All in all I highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning. If you've got a dog too, as we have, it is ideal. The cottage opens up into 40+ acres of surrounding countryside attached to the farm, so your 4-legged friend is spoilt for choice when he wants to run around. And for us two legged animals, the location couldn't have been better. We explored everywhere from locations in North Cornwall such as Boscastle and Tintagel ... down to the Lizard Peninsula and Lands End ... through to Helford River and up to Falmouth and beyond on the south ... finding some amazing beaches, coves and villages en route. Whilst nearby Heston has absolutely everything you could wish for from supermarkets to pharmacies to pubs (check out the Blue Anchor). But wherever we went, I must say it was always lovely coming back at the end of the day to this little piece of heaven called Little Trebarvah. Just sitting back with a G&T or glass of wine and watching the sun set. ENJOY!

Ms Cracknell

Little Trebarvah is an absolute beautiful gem! It has such a welcoming, calming peacefulness about it that we instantly felt our stress levels evaporate! Beautiful views, perfect location in glorious countryside. We would love to live here and call this home! We have stayed in quite a few holiday cottages over the years and this one is the absolute best ever. Has everything you need for a magical wonderful stay. The owner is very kind and lovely too, which explains the loveliness of Little Trebarvah. Would very highly recommend.

Mrs Pearson

Delightful location. Completely peaceful but only a few minutes drive from main road. Best equipped holiday house kitchen I have ever seen. Scones, jam, cream and milk awaiting us. Also beautiful flowers.

Mrs Smith

Fabulous cottage, really charming features and lovely, welcoming hosts. The cream tea on arrival was a particular lovely treat!

Mrs Outram

A very peaceful place. Good access for Helford, Helston and Falmouth. Very friendly hosts.

Mrs Jones

Little Trebarvah is the perfect cottage. This was our 4th year staying here and we look forward to our 5th. Its the perfect location - quite and secluded, but close enough that we are able to get to all the local places.

Mr Jaeger

We had a wonderful family time at Little Trebarvah. The cottage is excellent, in an absolute quiet area, and perfect as a basecamp for a family. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They helped us immediately, when our son had a little accident. Great time! Would always book this again!

Mrs Leigh

Little Trebarvah is a gem if what you want is peace and tranquility. Well equipped and comfortable.

Mrs Rankine

We had a wonderful holiday at Little Trebarvah. Dominique and Richard were very gracious and welcoming hosts - even their dog played nicely with ours. We purchased and cooked some of the farms speciality beef and it was delicious. It is in the middle of nowhere and there are acres of farmland to explore, although the cottage is well placed to visit all of West Cornwall and there are many beautiful dog-friendly beaches and coves relatively nearby.

Mrs Moreton

Lovely owners, very helpful and accommodating. Nice rural location with good views, dog friendly. Enjoyed our week staying at Trebarvah, good base in which to explore Cornwall.

Ms Goss

This was our second time at Little Trebarvah, and we enjoyed it as much as the first. We love the woodburner (although it almost made the room too warm!) The location is brilliant - the weather was a bit foggy and cloudy, so we looked a the weather forecast in the morning and headed for the sunniest part of the penisula - nothing more than 40 mins drive away. It's a great place to relax.

Mrs Jones

We have stayed at Little Trebarvah 3 times now and are already booked for our next holiday here. There is plenty to do locally from walks, horse riding, boat trips and nice eateries. You will not find a warmer welcome anywhere else. Dominique really makes you feel at home on arrival and is very knowledgeable of the area. This truly is a stunning property in a beautiful location.

Mrs Cobb

A beautiful cottage in an idyllic setting perfect for exploring this stunning part of Cornwall.

Dr Galvan

Very dog friendly. Great location and cottage. For nature lovers.

Mrs Rossiter

Very comfortable cottage in a lovely setting with great views. Very friendly and helpful owners, would definitely go again.

Ms Foster

Loved it, would have loved to stay longer and would certainly like to return.

Ms Goss

We have stayed in many gites / villas / apartments and holiday cottages over teh years - and I think Little Trebarvah was one of the best fitted out - if not the best

Mr Zeishold

We had great three weeks of summer holidays. It is a good place to explore Cornwall. Little Trebarvah is a lovely cottage which had everything you need. It is a peaceful and quiet location. If you sit in the garden you have a nice view in the area. On colder evenings we enjoyed to light the fire place. The owners are very friendly. We had a warm welcome with cream tea.

Ms Mercer

We had a lovely stay at Little Trebarvah - it exceeded our expectations and is a beautiful place.

Mr Husbands

We had a delightful time in a lovely cottage, which had everything we might have needed. The host family were extremely hospitable whilst at the same time allowing us to get on with our own thing.

Mr Heaven

My wife and I had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend the cottage. The countryside is stunning and it's the perfect place to get some peace and quiet if that's what you're after. Feeding the sheep was an added bonus. The cottage is located a short drive away from Falmouth, which was very convenient for supermarkets etc. The owners are very friendly and were always happy to help. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to go back soon!

Mrs Ormerod

We had a great week at little trebarvah: the cottage has everything you need and is very comfortable, and perfectly located for trips and walking.

Mr Appleby

We spent a wonderful relaxed 2 week break at Little Trebarvah. Its great location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful Lizard peninsula. We'd highly recommend this place and will definitely come back and stay here again

Ms Meyer

A very nice place located at the countryside. Totally calm. Big and sunny garden with a nice view in the area. Warm welcome by houseowners (flowers and cream tea were placed on the table). Better you like driving narrow roads but there is less traffic until you reach the main road.

Mrs Wagstaff

The cottage is scrupulously clean, well equipped and comfortable and with plenty of room for a couple. The outside area is perfect for enjoying alfresco eating and spending time relaxing away from the busier places around the coast. It has lovely country views. We enjoyed watching the dexter cows and calves and the sheep being sheared. We liked coming back to the comfortable cottage in the evening to spend time here after a busy day. We have had a great holiday at this cottage, it is perfect for exploring the surrounding area and a relaxing and peaceful location to come back to. We will recommend this cottage to our friends and family , a great little find.

Mrs Reveley

Your dog will love it

Mrs Hinks

A gem!

Mrs Laird

The cottage was perfect, the owner was very helpful and the location great for exploring the Lizard peninsula. We would love to go back and would highly recommend.
