Primrose Cottage
Set in the peaceful hamlet of Trevoole, ideally situated for exploring both the north and south Cornish coasts, the ever so charming Primrose Cottage awaits you. This absolutely delightful semi-detached cottage has four bedrooms, lots of outside space and plenty of parking with a Voltshare EV charger for your convenience.
The light and spacious kitchen is designed in a classic farmhouse style, complete with a terracotta quarry tiled floor, Rayburn, traditional Belfast sink, compostable pod coffee machine and of course a rangemaster cooker. Perfect for cosy intimate suppers there is a large antique pine table and comfortable seating for eight. Three reclaimed brick steps take you up to the very pleasant sitting-room where you can snuggle up on one of the vintage sofas and catch a film on the TV (which is connected to Google Chromecast) or curl up in front of the toasty wood-burner with your favourite book. Adjoining this room you will find a double bedroom complete with an en suite and walk-in shower (please be mindful of the low cottage ceiling). Also leading from the sitting-room is a useful compact utility-room with washing machine.
Upstairs there is reclaimed oak flooring throughout. The main bedroom has an en suite with full height shower and the two further bedrooms are styled beautifully in floral fabrics and have thoughtful little touches wherever you look. We mustn't forget the bright family bathroom, which is also located on this floor. With a traditional bath and overhead shower, it is perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day.

Ms Kinley
Amazing cottage, very well equipped and beautifully furnished and decorated. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
Mr McDonald
Absolutely loved our stay at Primrose Cottage. We felt relaxed and welcomed as soon as we walked in. We loved the Rayburn and homely feel of the kitchen which contained everything we needed. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated throughout with lots of books and games at our disposal. The heat from the Rayburn meant we didn't get to use the stunning log burner too much, but this, along with the cosiness of the cottage has left us wanting to return for a winter visit. Hope to be be back soon!
Ms James-Williams
This was the perfect place for our two families to enjoy our holiday in Cornwall, and which welcomed our three dogs. It was comfortable and welcoming, easy to manage and well located to visit beaches and sights in South Cornwall. We thoroughly enjoyed and would love to return.
Mrs Humphries
Quirky cottage in an excellent location for the north and south coasts and Cornwall's mining heritage. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped and the owner was very helpful when we had a query.
Mrs Gray
We had such a wonderful time at Primrose Cottage. The cottage was just beautiful, very clean and completely met all of our needs. The owners have thought of everything. We loved all the little finishing details and was amazed at the huge book collection! We would love to return again and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Primrose Cottage is in a quiet & picturesque but central location with short drives to amazing walks. A comfortable, well equipped, pretty cottage that feels welcoming the second you walk through the door. The kitchen is amazing with a beautiful, traditional Rayburn which kept us warm all over the Christmas holiday. A cosy lounge with a wood burner. We had 3 dogs with us & even they are all catered for, with biscuits, blankets, towels & bowls. We had wonderful experience , highly recommend.

Primrose Cottage is so peaceful, it has everything to make for a relaxing, happy stay. It’s the kind of place you really don’t want lots of people to know about, it’s so special.. Could live there very easily!
Mr Chapman
Really lovely cottage - old in years but not in decor! Really classy, and the owners / housekeeper were a pleasure to deal with. We had a fab time - thanks so much!
Mr Carney
Stunning cottage in a great location. Three very dog friendly inclosed outdoor spaces to use. Would love to visit again.
Mrs Holliman
Really lovely cottage with everything you could possibly think of, home from home, especially the kitchen. I was even able to bake a cake for my son’s birthday. Lots of games and books for all the family. Alexa was a great addition, used this daily for music and information. Nicely decorated, comfortable settees and beds. Love the dog box, with all sorts in for the dog. Friendly robin came to visit everyday. Down stairs shower really lovely especially for shorter people although anyone who is tall will struggle.
Miss Hillsdon

Mrs Maloy
Beautiful cottage overrun with character. The kitchen was fantastically equipped and made our stay very relaxing. Colin our 9 month cocker cross loved lying by the Aga and sniffing out hedgehogs in the garden. The location could not have been better! Just a short drive to beaches & National Trust properties.
Mr Worley
