4 The Beach

We had a great stay here despite weather not being that good. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped . We loved sitting in the chairs looking at the view of Kennack Sands. It’s in a good location to explore the Lizard and further with the Southwest coast path on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and hope to return

Beautiful and well equipped appartement. We had a great time here and enjoyed long walks at the nearby beach or on the Coast Path. A small and nice bar is just around the corner.

Outstanding in everyway. Comfort, situation, stylishness, welcome & views; The Beach is a perfect holiday apartment. A treat to stay here whatever the time of year if you're a walker, watcher, swimmer or want to explore the Lizard and surrounding towns.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment with lovely views.

The property has a lovely view and is well equipped. It is slightly let down by cleanliness and external noise due to a mobile takeaway van opposite the property that is open Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00 to 21:00. They run a generator and noise from this was noticeably load and meant we had to close the patio doors in the evening so we did not hear it. The lady also spent around an hour each morning from 06:30 noisily preparing food for the evening. This is not mentioned in any of the notes and we were not happy at the level of noise.

A great apartment, very well stocked with glorious beach view. Superb walking and swimming.

Had 2 amazing weeks at this delightful property. Met with a lovely welcome basket of flowers, scones and Prosecco. The apartment is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The views are stunning and I can honestly say that it is the best accommodation that we have stayed in. Visiting north Cornwall next year but we would definitely return here.

Amazing views from this very light and bright apartment, in a quiet peaceful location. We walked the SWCP each day and it was a great place to chill out at the end of a tiring day. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and sofas are very comfortable. Agree with other that the Thai takeaway from the van across is very tasty!! Highlights were Cadgwith - quaint fishing village, Coverack - don’t miss the Terence Coventry Sculpture Park, Lizard Point - gorgeous spring flowers and great views and Helford Village - so pretty and scenic. There is a visitors book in the property and I could see from reading it that this property has many repeat visitors - I can completely understand why.

Fantastic place with wonderful views of the sea comfortable beds and wonderful kitchen and living room plus 2 bathrooms everything is near by that you need aswell as fantastic gardens and beaches could happily stay here forever

The sunrise from this apartment was fantastic, we really did enjoy our stay and would come back again. We were really lucky to have good weather so we could enjoy the lovely views from the lounge

This property no longer has bi-folding doors - anyone planning to stay here should bear this in mind. It is a shame, as it was clearly a great feature in such a lovely setting!

Great location and a fantastic view. Minutes from the beach and the coast path too. And how many properties have barn owls hunting in the adjacent fields....

We love everything about this property (that’s why we have returned for a second time). It sent us straight into relaxation mode. Beautiful decor, very spacious and the views of the ocean from every window are to die for! Perfect location, short walk to the beach every morning with our pup. Beach also perfect for our girls to body board. A real gem!

This is a lovely flat with excellent views over the coast. Great location for access to the South West Coast path. The spacious flat is well equipped and is located on the first floor, which has a lift, great if you have lots of luggage! We were greeted with selection of goodies for a welcome pack There is a great little Thai take away close by which serves delicious freshly cooked food, highly recommended.

The apartment was stunning - we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Just had a wonderful week at 4 The Beach. The views are spectacular and when it wasn’t raining you could clearly hear the waves at night. The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. It is in an excellent position for visiting The Lizard with its many beautiful coves and beaches. Would have no hesitation in recommending the property and we hope to visit again in the future.

An amazing stay. Lovely apartment with everything you could ask for. The attention to detail was excellent and having milk, scones and a bottle of bubbles on arrival was a lovely gesture. Will definitely visit again.

A perfect place to stay where you can sit and enjoy the spectacular views and watch the sun rise. Kennack sands is a lovely sandy beach with lots of rock pools so great for children and adults alike. There is something very satisfying about being able to walk home from the beach and not needing the car.

Really enjoyable location, views and walks are well worth exploring and finding local industry. Would happily return again, totally relaxing experience.

This property is a real retreat. The view from the main window is even better then on the photographs and changes every hour. We have been twice in the winter months and have loved it on both occasions. We really like that fact that you are able to walk to the local beach, which was never crowded, within 5 minutes and then to cut up the coastal paths in either direction. The dog could not believe his luck! The property is very well equipped, cosy, quiet and comfortable. Just what was needed to recharge the batteries.

I think we have said it all it was just a great place to spend a bucket and spade holiday.

The immediate area on approach to the apartment block, leaves a little to be desired. The apartment it's self however is fantastic, well equipped, comfortable and with views to die for.

Think it is worth adding to the description that this property does have underfloor heating which must give more incentive during the cooler months. The view and general enviroment is stunning every home comfort is included. It may be worth a mention that there are tv aerial points in both bedrooms. Potters Bar serves as a good local for a drink whereby for good food wood reccomend Cadgwith Cove pub or the Halzephron Inn. If you like Thai food there is a little takeaway hut nearly opposite weds-sat eves .

Contemporary but welcoming apartment with the most amazing views of the cove. Beautifully furnished and equipped, and close to some of the loveliest beaches, walks and restaurants.

A fantastic stay in a great location. The apartment was superbly furnished and equipped. Easy to book, we will stay with Classic Cottages again and hopefully return to 4 The Beach.

A superb apartment, perfect home from home with great views and 5 mins walk to a lovely dog friendly beach. We loved Cadgwith Inn for dinner. Service has been good from the web site with speedy responses to emails and a friendly house keeper at the apartment who helped us out on the phone. This is the first time we have used Classic cottages but would definately consider doing so again.

The flat was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Everything was in full working order and the owners have made a clear effort to make rentals feel comfortable. Highly recommended and would love to stay again.

The Apartment No4 The Beach is high spec with excellent views. Recently completed it offers beautiful rooms with carefully chosen furniture, fixtures etc and has many 'bespoke' touches which add to the luxury. It is comfortable, calm and welcoming.
