Mr Willoughby
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sandpiper. Wonderful location and very well equipped property with stunning views. Ideal if you have a dog that likes a beach. We also enjoyed a very good meal at the local Finnygook Inn
Ms Somerville
We had a great time, the hot tub on the roof was lovely even in the rainy weather! The pub up the hill serves delicious food, and there’s lots of lovely (very steep) walks along the coastal path right outside!
Mrs Cload
Lovely apartment very spacious! Lovely views
Mr Welstead
A jaw dropping view you can’t tire of and still surprised by every time you wake up to it. A property that frames the views perfectly with its bifold doors and beautiful interior. We felt like super relaxed millionaires for the week. After a cold swim in the sea a quick dip back in the hot tub is lovely along with enjoying the splendour of the sea air and view. The property’s modern facilities, comfy rooms and quiet location gave us such a relaxed honeymoon. The local cafe the Jolly Roger serves great crab and ice cream, also make sure to visit the local historical fishing village of Polperro.
Mrs Jewell
We had the most fabulous short break at Sandpiper. We were three families holidaying together with plenty of space for everyone. The location and setting is outstanding. That view straight out to sea was particularly good for watching storm Ciara whilst we were there. The house itself was immaculately presented, beautifully warm and we all had so much space. The open plan living-room is a great space for everyone to be together and enjoy the amazing view. The den room on the top floor for the older children really was perfect - they loved being in their own space. Fantastic walks are right on the doorstep and you are just a stone's throw from the beach. There is also a cafe again just a short stroll away as is the pub - a walk uphill on the way there but downhill coming home! We all really enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper and look forward to returning again one day soon. I would highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous house with stunning views from every room.

We consider that the following should be published given the price and that your future customers should be aware: The TV's did not work despite repeated requests for them to be fixed. They emptied the hot tub without our knowledge and then charged us £100 to refill it but then left a lot of sand at the bottom. When we arrived we could not get in until 6pm as there we workmen fixing doors in the living room. They were not wearing masks. The internet was dial up speed and the bath in the master bedroom only had a drip and could not therefore be used. Style over substance I am afraid and certainly profit over service. We also consider that given amenities were not available to use per contract, that we are due compensation that we would like to proceed with through CC. Please advise. Thanks
