The ultimate luxury getaway set in an idyllic and peaceful hamlet, this stunning property really has the wow factor. This gorgeous converted barn is in an acre of private garden and the property effortlessly fuses bespoke stylish interiors with original features. As soon as you drive into the cobbled courtyard of Tregye Farm you'll be blown away by the size and beauty of your holiday destination.

Step inside and you will find an abode like no other; a relaxing haven for multi-generational families or group of friends wanting to spend time together. It is also dog-friendly (four are most welcome) and there is oodles of space for them to run around.

Entering Tregye Farm you will find yourself in the large entrance hall and from here you can turn left, right or up the stairs to find the fabulous accommodation. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for any occasion, from fondue sets to a double range cooker, you will be able to eat like a king. There is a cosy snug at the end of the kitchen with a wood-burner where you can retire to after a delicious meal, or perhaps open the bi-fold doors that span this room in the warmer months. The main sitting-room overlooks the pond and decking-area which is the perfect place to relax.

There is the most incredible games-room with a pool table, bar, wood-burning stove and comfortable sofas; next door is a dart board making this end of the house the perfect entertaining space and perfect for all ages. If you fancy a bit of healthy competition there is a full-size tennis court in the grounds (tennis rackets provided) and a table-tennis table in the sheltered courtyard behind the kitchen.

Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mrs Brown

Tregye Farm exceeded our expectations and was the perfect setting for a wide age range from 3 to 63. We enjoyed days out exploring the local area, but equally days at the property were filled with fun activities and plenty of space to relax.

Mrs Barrett-Tanner

Brilliant, photos and description did not do it justice, the place is amazing.

Mrs van Reenen

This was our second year at Tregye Farm as a family group of 16. So much space for everyone to have the most relaxing week and lots to do to keep everyone entertained and active! Perranporth beach is an easy drive to make sure the kids got their surfing fix. Thank you Tregye for another year of great family memories.

Mrs Strickland

A beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. Clean, beautifully presented and well equipped. A few minor glitches were dealt with by the helpful housekeeper. We'd love to return &explore a bit further afield.

Miss Paterson

Where do I start? Tregye was everything we could have wished for and more. What a stunning property in beautiful grounds. There was so much to do both inside and out even the constant rain didn’t dampen our holiday. We had a very special celebration while we were staying and could not have had it anywhere better. Tregye certainly has the wow factor and we can’t wait to go back again. There is so much space that even with 16 of us we were never on top of each other. Our dog loved it every bit as much as we did. The house has everything you could possibly need. It’s fully equipped and there was a lovely cream tea left to welcome us!

Mr Migliorini

An almost perfect location with extensive, secluded grounds

Mrs van Reenen

We are a large family group and holiday in Cornwall every year. Tregye Farm was a new discovery for us this year and it exceeded all expectations. Lots of room to easily accommodate 16 and never feel crowded, the garden is beautiful and the tennis court and games room provided entertainment when we weren't out or the weather wasn't so great. Loved our stay and plenty of great places to explore nearby and things to do (kayaking to the pub from Loe beach was an early highlight!) plus easy to travel to the North Coast for a bit of surfing!

Dr Bryant

Brilliant house, suited us fine

Mrs Turnbull

Excellent, well maintained property in beautiful surroundings with lots to do in and out of the house.

Mrs Cass

Had a wonderful multi - generational holiday here. Plenty of things to do within the beautiful house so if the weather wasn't so good, all were amused indoors. The Drum Kit was well used! The television didn't get used all week.

Ms Dudley

This house has a very nice atmosphere, it is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The property is set in lovely grounds and there is lots of social and entertaining space. We had a family reunion there and this provided us with the perfect venue.

Miss Sutton

Tregye Farm absolutely exceeded all of our expectations, it was simply beautiful! We had a wonderful family holiday. The youngest member of our family being 1 and the eldest 87 yet we all enjoyed the house equally - simply everyone and everything is catered for. I couldn't recommend the property enough and we hope to return one day soon

Mrs Chetwynd

Beautiful house can highly recommend ,in outstanding grounds and surroundings ,central for visiting cornwall and surroundings areas

Mrs Neathey

Huge comfortable farmhouse in large private grounds .Everything you need for entertaining and playing tennis and table tennis and pool. Quirky objects in all the rooms..prepare to be amazed

Mrs Goss

We had a fabulous week at Tregye Farm, the house is amazing, with lots of space for everyone but lots of communal areas as well. The Pool table and the tennis court were big hits as was the garden. We used one of your suggestions to have some food delivered to us and it was brilliant. Thank you.

Mr Acton

Our first reaction on arrival was "Wow" and this was repeated numerous times as we explored. A lovely property, very comfortable and well appointed. Secluded but close to places of interest. There is a generous supply of sports equipment available for use. We had a minor problem with the laundry equipment but this was quickly remedied by Classic Cottages. We would heartily recommend Tregye Farm and we would love to stay again.

Ms Farror

A majestic property with generous proportions and plenty of comfortable areas to hang out in. It's well supplied with things to entertain a large group (egs tennis court, table tennis, darts, drum kit, tvs, stereos, games including boules) and the kitchen is well equipped. Although it didn't detract from us having a very positive week, there were a few maintenance issues that needed addressing - egs lights not working (I'm surprised the kitchen spotlights hadn't been picked up by the previous guests or cleaners); a broken garden chair which collapsed when my slim, elderly father sat on it; the macerator in the kitchen sink being defunct and suffering from backup from previous guests putting food down it; a rug in the master bedroom that needed refixing to the floor to avoid slipping around (we pushed it under the bed to avoid an accident).

Mrs White

Perfect for a family holiday. The house is spacious, comfortable and kitchen well equipped, with plenty of room to prepare meals for 14 people. We were a party of 4 generations, ranging from teenagers up to 84 years and everyone had a wonderful holiday. Tranquil setting in lovely large garden, the weather was perfect, so the outside space and tennis court were put to good use. Excellent location for visiting many attractions. Would definitely like to return, and highly recommend this property.

Ms Shaw

beautiful large house set in stunning location with large pond and attendant wildlife on the doorstep. watching house martins swooping over pond in the morning and evening was magical. Highly recommended.

Mrs Cardell-Williams

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at Tregye Farm where we found lots of activities, games and sports to keep all ages entertained. The property is beautifully furnished and maintained with roomy and characterful decor. The kitchen area is very well equipped and makes catering for a large family very efficient and comfortable. The stunning banqueting table suited everyone and enabled us to enjoy valuable social family time - which has been in short supply during the pandemic. The three social areas enabled everyone to either get together or have a little 'me' time, and the view across the countryside from the decking is wonderful. Restorative - and full of new family memories to sustain us through future challenges.

Miss Barker

Super family holiday, would definitely stay here again. Fab facilities to keep everyone entertained.

Mrs Finlay-Maxwell

Peaceful, very clean and well equipped. A haven for a large family gathering.

Mrs Jordan

Tregye Farm is a stunning property it is huge and exceeded all of our expectations! There was ample room to spread out or gather together as we wished. Both the property and its grounds are truly amazing. It is ideally situated as a base to explore Cornwall and the shops are only a short drive away. We would not hesitate to rebook this wonderful property.

Mrs Cridland

Our second stay here at tregye farm in the last year. Such a lovely house and gardens. Plenty of space inside and out for all ages. Lovely spacious kitchen dinning area. Which is wonderful to cook and socialise all in one. Tennis court big hit with all of us. Will definitely be returning as soon as possible.

Mr Harvey

Beautiful house to stay in with good amounts of space very clean and helpful housekeeper

Miss Andrews

This property really does have the wow factor when you walk in! It’s a huge house, not only are there many rooms to explore, the rooms themselves are huge giving our party plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and snug are at the centre of the house and give a great base for everyone and it’s great having a dining table big enough to fit the whole party around. What we really loved though was the outside space, helped by the good weather as we were able to make good use of this everyday. There is a large patio area with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. We had young children with us but this space between the house and the pond was plenty big enough for us not to have to worry too much about the pond. There are lots of places for children to explore and it was great having the tennis court too. There are tennis rackets and balls available at the house to use as well as some other garden games and even cool bags which were helpful when we went out for the day with a packed lunch. All in all, we had a great time and found very little to fault with this house. Thank you for a great stay!

Mr Hunt

Tregye Farm has a real wow factor! When we arrived we were AMAZED at the amount of space including three living rooms and a huge garden!! We were only 6 people but it would easily fit 16. We loved the pool table, tennis court and table tennis and the proximity to lots of fantastic places on the South and North coast of Cornwall. Overall, we had a great trip.

Mrs Cridland

We stayed at Tregye Farm for a 50th birthday party, we had the best time and it was perfect for everything we needed! We were also accompanied by 3 dogs, they all had a great time and massive amounts of land to run around in. We couldn’t fault the property and would 100% recommend to anyone and would love to return some time in the future!

Mrs Porter

Our stay in Tregye Farm exceeded all our expectations. There were 16 of us with 6 adults and the rest teenagers ranging from 12-19. There was ample room for all of us and the kitchen was exceptional with seating for us all in comfort too. We had everything f we needed and the kitchen fridge was incredible! The teenagers had so much space in the garden and the games room and the dormitory. We all used the tennis court and it was kind of the owners to leave tennis balls and bats. The garden furniture was used lots in our sunny week and the sofas outside the kitchen. All the rooms had very comfortable beds with high quality sheets and duvets. There were enough bathrooms for everyone and the hot water was endless. We will be booking another holiday in Tregye Farm in the near future.

Mr Walter

Stunning venue - perfect for up to 3 families with children. Well located and beautifully presented. Spacious, clean and comfortable inside. The grounds and outside area are stunning and beautifully maintained. The downstairs kitchen area is fantastic for families, with everything you could possibly wish for. Particularly loved the games room area, plenty large enough to include everyone. We will definitely be booking again!

Mrs Slater

We were honoured to discover that we were the first visitors to stay at this fabulous house. We were all gobsmacked on arrival at the size and beauty of the property as well as the fabulous garden with the lake and tennis court. There were lots of places to relax in the garden and tennis & table tennis were played a lot and even a game of rounders on the lawn! We all loved the games room which was quickly taken over by the teenagers as their den! It truly is a very special place to stay. We would have been happy not to move all week! But we did explore beaches and walks and the estuaries as it is a very pretty area. We had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with quickly by the housekeeping team and Classic so thank you very much. Would love to come back again one day.
