With tranquil views of the mesmerising flow of the ebbing tide, this really is a relaxing retreat. Set in the heart of the peaceful village of St Clement on the Tresillian river, you are only a short drive from Truro and within easy access of exploring Cornwall too, making this the ultimate destination.

Upon opening the front door of the beautifully curved wall and you are welcomed by the kitchen/diner which is perfect for that refreshing cup of tea as soon as you arrive. The farmhouse-style kitchen is so well-equipped with a large American-style fridge/freezer and of course a double oven for all your culinary needs.

From the dining-table you look out towards the creek which is such a treat, but this view can be enjoyed throughout the house. To the right of the kitchen is the beautiful sitting-room which really makes the most of this superb outlook. Relax on the comfy sofa or one of the armchairs, perhaps with the double doors open to truly absorb this stunning vista. In the winter months there is a cosy wood-burner to warm your cockles after a day of exploring. There is also a peaceful reading corner where you can sit and enjoy the most beautiful view.

Double doors lead out to the large terrace which is such a sun-trap, the perfect spot for long lazy lunches or a refreshing sundowner perhaps. Below the patio is a good sized gravelled area which is handy for storing paddleboards or kayaks. We must not forget the little secret spot by the front door which although hidden away, still has a lovely view.

Condurro House has three delightful bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first double bedroom can be found off the kitchen on the ground floor tucked away at the back of the house for peace and quiet. This bedroom has use of the ground floor wet-room with a large walk-in shower which is perfect for washing those salty locks. Upstairs you will find two further bedrooms both with lovely outlooks. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds - this house offers great flexibility for families and friends alike. The family bathroom is on the first floor with a free-standing bath which also boasts the same stunning views, which is such a treat.

Condurro House is found down a short private lane next to the creek, park outside the house in your private car parking space then follow the 26 stairs up under the canopy of wisteria, with walls lined with unique ceramic sculptures and pretty lights - it almost feels like you are in the Mediterranean. Make sure you turn back at your front door to admire the views before walking into the house.

The utility-room provides the perfect space for your muddy boots and soggy dogs and even has its own back door and an outside tap to wash everything clean.
