Mrs Cumming

This house is very attractive, well designed, very comfortable and well equipped. It is located in a quiet road with easy parking. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Ms McDonagh

We loved the house - It’s design and furnishing and it’s magnificent view from the lovely balcony The walk down to and around St Just church is a must and on to St Mawes from there along the 2 mile public footpath to dine in the hotel there - a delight! In the opposite direction The King Harry ferry will be much used and It too is a delight!

Herr Lacher

Great house, great location. You have a lot of space and the apartment is very well equipped. Nothing is missing. Kitchen with living area is very large and the view on the great terrace makes you forget the long journey. A few meters away is a very pretty tearoom and the church opposite with the cemetery is more than worth seeing. Everything is so beautifully laid out that you think you are in the tropics. The entire area around Roseland is very enchanting. The beds could be wider. 160cm is very narrow for a double bed. But that's the only thing I can complain about. Tolles Haus, tolle Lage.

Mrs Ballinger

A beautifully appointed, extremely well equipped , fantastic house. Lovely views and very comfortable. Had everything and more required for a brilliant holiday.

Ms Booth

The house is in a beautiful location with views over the Creek. It is generally quite well furnished but I think it would be unsuitable for young children as there are so many sharp edges and glass tables in the property, and the stairs could be a hazard. Perhaps also unsuitable for elderly people. A suitable house for families with older children or adults.

Miss Walker

We loved our stay at Spinnakers. The views were beautiful - loved sitting with a glass of wine watching the sunsets over the water. The house is really well equipped and comfortable. Good location for visiting other places too.

Ms Wilson

We love spinnakers, we have visited twice. The addition of the new en suite upstairs was brilliant. The balcony extension is lovely too, alas we mostly had rain so couldn’t use it too much!! But the view from it of the window and door is always breathtaking! We have suggested the mattresses and pillows may need an upgrade, but they are adequate.. a bit lumpy that’s all. Stay at spinnakers for a relaxed and wonderful time.

Mrs HONEY

We had a really fabulous week at Spinnakers. The house is gorgeous and views amazing. It’s very peaceful and great for exploring the Roseland.

Mrs Frost

We loved Spinnnaker’s! Such a fabulous house, perfect layout with the balcony upstairs. Brilliant for breakfast, chilling and watching amazing sunsets. There is plenty of room for families. Lots of sofas and armchairs to relax on. The house has everything you could ask for. A well equipped kitchen with lots of kitchen items to use. Perfect for dog owners, our dog loved it and it has a large garden to run around. The house backs onto a quiet cul de sac too, so very private.

Mrs Hickman

We loved our time at Spinnakers so much, we have booked for 2023 already. Very well equipped house, fabulous views. The peace and tranquility were just perfect. It is out of the way so if you want to explore more make use of the ferries or prepare to drive.

Mr Payne

Found this to be a great place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and look at the great views from the balcony and such a lovely place to visit st mawes Harbour just remember that you would near to plan your visits to other places in Cornwall as everything is always a 40mins to an hour or more drive

Mrs Castle

Spinnakers was a lovely house to stay in and couldn't fault it in any way, just loved it.

Mrs Richardson

A lovely, well-appointed holiday property. Views beautiful. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Mr Palmer

Aug 2020. Just returned from a two week stay. There were 6 adults, 1 toddler, 1 baby and 1 dog, we had a fantastic holiday. The house is well equipped with a great garden ( not fully enclosed). There are some lovely beaches near by, the only negative was that you have to use the car most days to get around. However I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Mr Mead

Another very enjoyable stay in Spinnakers.

Mrs Pardey

You won't want to leave this peaceful locations and these views - just stunning!!!

Mrs Greene

We had a fantastic stay in this cottage with three generations of our family. It was really spacious and all the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen was really well equipped and the house had everything we needed, with little touches such as the outside tap for hosing down sandy feet and wetsuits appreciated. The area is lovely with lots of beautiful coves and St. Mawes is close by, which is a great little place. The walk to the nearby church is lovely too. We would happily return here.

Mr Webster

The house was spotlessly clean, well-designed with a wonderful view and it was very thoughtfully and thoroughly equipped. On our return we saw The Guardian had published a poll of best seaside resorts and St Mawes had come top. We were not surprised, and were delighted with the location. St Just in Roseland where the house is situated was delightful, and so was St Mawes. We loved exploring the area and discovering the peninsula's nooks and crannies. The property and holiday suited us and our two teenagers perfectly.

Mrs Taylor

Possibly the best rental property we've stayed in (we're not young so that's many). Would love to return.

Mrs Hingston

Great property and highly recommend.

Mrs Brain

The accommodated was excellent and so well equipped. The view from the lounge was so lovely and the area was so good with great things to see and do. Loved it so much.

Mrs McConkey

The cottage is beautiful in a wonderful location.

Mrs Stevens

Very attractive and well decorated.

Ms Fowles

Refreshingly contemporary house in an excellent location on the Roseland.

Miss Fox

Everything was made so easy from retrieving the key; lighting the woodburner to linking to the internet (trust me these are all things that can go wrong!) the fully equipped excellent quality kitchen and location enabling ease of access to buses on days we didn't want to go near the car! Truly excellent.

Mrs Yull

Home from home. No need to look and further. Great location to pop to all areas of Cornwall. Spectacular views too. Will definitely return

Miss Leach

excellent cottage . had everythink we needed. comfortable pleasant stay . will be returning next year

Mr Mead

The standard of accommodation exceeded our expectations. We all settled in instantly and found the location a great base from which to explore.

Mrs Coman

Mrs Coman

We love Spinnakers - lovely house, stunning location, gorgeous views...

Mrs Coman

Spinnakers is a lovely, clean, smart, comfortable, contemporary property and we love it!!!. The views from the property are stunning. Cassie (our labrador) & I enjoyed our morning walks along the nearby footpath into the sloping field - Cassie running up & down the slopes after her ball & me sitting for awhile on a log looking out over Carrick Roads... 'Living the dream...'

Dr Stevens

Brilliant place to stay and excellent company with regards to booking, and subsequent help.
