Mrs Dillingham
Beautiful, spacious, cosy cottage with large, enclosed garden. Perfect for our family of 9 and 2 dogs. A short walk to the shops, beaches and harbour. (Bit of a steep climb back up but kept us fit!) Parking for 2 cars- it was easy to park our 3rd car in the long stay car park in town. Highly recommend. Want to return! St Mawes is stunning.
Mrs Tinton
Lovely cottage in beautiful spot. Very close to st Mawes (400m) but must be fit to walk back up the hill. Great facilities available in property, and garden is such a nice extra. Perfect for a family get away
Mrs Agar
Perfect base to explore St Mawes and surrounding area.
Ms Lea
This was an excellently priced house that was well equipped for a multi generational holiday. Lots of bathrooms and space for all the family. And the standard of decoration made it a real coastal retreat. Some really good little touches like motion activated night lights next to steps etc. The garden is beautiful and a great place to enjoy the outdoors (weather permitting). The location is good for those that are fit and mobile and happy to walk up and down a steep hill and there are the excellent views that you would expect with such an elevation. Thank you for having us to stay.
Mrs Dobson
Newton cottage is spacious for families with lots of sitting space, lovely enclosed garden for dogs and easy to access local amenities. We managed without our car for a number of days, ferry service to Place House and walking the coast path brought us to some beautiful beaches tucked away peaceful and quiet.
