Situated in a quiet lane, has a lovely patio with bbq, for those who wish to use it. We recommend the Roseland Inn, 2 mile walk away,. Veryan, has a cosy pub with excellent roast on Sunday, the New inn, need to book in advance. Excellent farm shop just down the road.

This was one of the nicest holidays we've had. In the perfect location for walks and the beaches and a short way from Portschatho and St Mawes. Very comfortable cottage, excellent kitchen layout and appliances. Plenty of cupboards to put things in and a nice big open layout. Bathroom is excellent as well. We loved the decor and the pannelling. It had everything we needed and more. Gefinitely going to book it again for next year.
