Seaglass
Portscatho is a charming unspoilt village in the heart of the beautiful Roseland peninsula and Seaglass sits in an enviable position at the head of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, a mere five minute stroll away from the village centre. Seaglass has been created to offer contemporary living in style and comfort.
The drive through the Roseland peninsula will take you through verdant countryside, peaceful villages and give glimpses of the most stunning coastline. Ample parking can be found in front of Seaglass (parking is not permitted on the drive to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and pets). All on one level, this charming single-storey holiday abode has everything you need for a chilled-out holiday.
The front door leads into the hall with the open plan L-shaped living space to the right and the bedrooms to the left. Furnished in calming pastel shades, the sitting-area is the perfect place to relax. Sink into the super-comfy corner sofa and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. The dining-table sits in between the sitting-area and the kitchen, ideal for sociable dining, and next to the patio doors so you can choose to eat in or dine al fresco depending on the weather. The kitchen completes the living-room, and this well-designed space has everything you will need to create a holiday meal, there's even a dishwasher so no squabbling over the washing up here!
Three bedrooms lead off the hallway, each one cosily furnished. Bedroom one has a super-king size bed, perfect for a great night's sleep. The double bedroom is perfect for both adults or children and the remaining bedroom is oh so pretty and children will look forward to bedtime in this room with its gorgeous bunk-beds, a four-foot lower bunk and three-foot single above.
Outside, Seaglass has a large wrap-around lawn which the children and the family dog will enjoy. There are sea views from the elevated front garden over the peninsula towards St Anthony Head so bring your binoculars to watch yachts sailing past. The large garden continues around the back of the property where you can sit in the sun in this peaceful haven dining al fresco (making use of the charcoal barbecue)on the patio from dawn until dusk. Welcome to Seaglass, a little bit of Cornish heaven!

Mr Morris
We loved this place. Seaglass is in a great location, easy walking distance to to the coast and pubs. The bungalow is very well equipped with good quality furniture and appliances. A really comfortable place to relax. We were blessed with good weather and made use of the peaceful garden. Definitely a place to return to.
Ms Brocklehurst
One of the best places we have stayed in Cornwall! Beautiful, clean, comfortable accommodation in a quiet area with a sea view. The bungalow was well equipped and very warm (despite there being two storms in four days!) Just a short walk to a lovely pub (booking recommended) and a down/uphill walk to Portscatho where there is another nice pub, shop and cafe etc. It was ideal for our elderly dog who enjoyed the flat, grassy garden. Thoroughly recommend!
Mr Dillow
Well laid out bungalow very quiet and clean.
Mrs Coldrick
Wonderful, well equipped, home from home at Seaglass. Peaceful setting to visit The Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall. A visit to the local pub The Standard is a must!
MR SWAIN
We loved our stay in Portscatho. Seaglass is a lovely property with really amazing views over the sea. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Mr Joy
Lovely Bungalow in very quiet area. It was a shame the heating didn’t work at all and we were cold for the week. Vacuum cleaner didn’t work and it was disappointing on the cleaning side.
Mrs Oneill
We managed to book this extremely last minute as we had arrived in Cornwall on the Saturday from Manchester to a different property that was filthy and unsuitable for us and our 8 month old baby to stay in. When I called to see if we could move to this property on the Sunday it was no problem at all and I was told the house was ready to go and we could move straight away into it. The house was a breath of fresh air and lovely. We will definitely look to book this house again when we return next year!
Mrs Singh
Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet location, lovely secure garden for our dog and easy access to Portscatho village and the SW costal path. We had a very relaxing week and found enough to do from the doorstep without having to use the car.
Mrs Couzens
Seaglass is a lovely bungalow in a very quiet location with a view of the sea. Very well equipped and comfortably furnished. The location is excellent with 2 very good pubs nearby (newly reopened Standard just around the corner) and beautiful coastal walks. A perfect holiday. Thank you.
