The property exceeded our expectations from the photographs, it was the perfect base for our family of four with young adults. The enclosed garden was ideal for our dog and we made good use of the outdoor furniture with shade and sunshine available all day. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the market square, it was a delightful spot and with parking - a real bonus! Would definitely book again.

Lovely place to stay, spacious rooms, everywhere was clean. Off road parking was very good, plenty of space for one car, might be a bit tight for two cars. Short walk to the beach and the shops, food in the boat house very good. Would definitely stay at Seabrook again.

So peaceful, everything you need exceptionally clean, linen & towels ?? , would recommend to everyone garden just perfect for children &dogs our dogs love it definitely will go back ??

Prepare yourself for a treat. This is a lovely cottage in a fantastic location. Staying in this accommodation places you in a quiet part of the village and yet one minute from the fantastic local store, the lovely pub and just two minutes from the sea. The cottage is very well equipped including kitchen equipment - we couldn't quite believe how much kitchen equipment was available. The furniture is very comfortable and the decking in the garden gives you sunshine all day long.

A clean and comfortable flat , excellent position with parking for 2 cars and enclosed garden with lovely outside seating Easy walking distance to Beaches,shop and pubs.

We are three retired work colleagues who enjoyed a few days out of season break in Portscatho. Seabrook proved to be an ideal spot for us to enjoy wonderful walks, good food at the pub, so close by, and relax in the very comfortable house. Very well equipped and warm, it would be lovely to be there in warmer weather but the lack of crowds everywhere more than made up for it.

So peacefull &quiet excellent accommodation everything you could possibly want on a holiday we absolutely love staying everything so perfect

Absolutely loved this cottage / apartment couldn't have found anywhere else as peaceful and clean as this especially in these awful times also away from crowds loved the hidden hut short walk away definitely would book again

What a great apartment in the most stunning location. We spent a most comfortable 4 nights in Seabrook and will be returning to this gem.

Really well situated. You could easily holiday here without a car. Half a dozen eateries within 1 to 5 minutes walk, a bus service to St Mawes, and the excellent Fal Mussel Ferry Card, as well as a butcher's, fresh fish van, and incredibly well-stocked village shop, spoilt for choice. Safe, enclosed garden for kids and dogs.

Highly recommend Seabrook lovely central position and very comfortable in all weathers. Classic cottages deal with any comments very quickly.

We were not able to decide on recycling procedure.Unsure if all waste materials should go in Black bag.
