This lovely, extremely comfortable and stylish end of terrace property enjoys amazing sea views of Gerrans Bay. Its terraced rear garden – a plantsman's delight – has relaxing sheltered places to sit. Antigua is close to the coastal path with sandy Porthcurnick Beach in one direction and the shops, galleries, restaurants and pub in Portscatho in the other.

Steps lead to the porch of this double-fronted property, with an enclosed terrace for taking in the sea views. The kitchen, complete with Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own pods), has a farmhouse feel and the wood-burner in the sitting-room adds to its character.

The utility-room houses a fabulous American-style fridge/freezer with an ice and water dispenser, which is perfect for keeping cool on those balmy summer days. Four bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk-in shower make this a really flexible property for family or friends.

There is off-road parking for one car and a roadside parking space outside the cottage for a second. At the back of the property there are steps to two patio areas as well as a lawned-area with palm trees and shrubs to set the scene in this lovely part of Cornwall.

What a lovely house…..everything was perfect. A lovely warm and cosy home that is obviously loved by its owners. Well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were so comfy! Location is fantastic as is just up from 2 wonderful beaches. Our dog could walk from the door off lead which was great! Have already booked for next year.

Mrs Corrie

A wonderful, well equipped and comfortable house in a perfect position to enjoy sea views and the lovely village of Portscatho. If you are looking for a comfortable house which works for dogs too then this is perfect. A bonus is parking for two cars.

Mr Moseley

We had the pleasure of staying in Antigua and it did not disappoint! It was warm, inviting and spotlessly clean. We will definitely return. You can book this cottage with confidence!!

Mrs Kershaw

Everything was literally perfect. We loved the house and its position, it was very clean and comfortable, well equipped too. And you were fantastic about our need for hypo-allergenic bedding- thank you. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Mrs Lawson

Antigua is a beautiful cottage, exceptionally well equipped. A holiday home that feels like a home. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable - and in a fantastic location with glorious, ever-changing sea views. We have stayed twice and will return.

Mrs Robertson

Great property, excellent location, lovely sea views, fantastically equipped, really comfortable stay.

Mrs Jeffrey

We really enjoyed our stay at Antigua. The house was really comfortable and had everything you would need- a definite home from home. The views were excellent as was the position with regard to the village and beaches. The only downside was the weather on our particular week, but the comfort of the house more than made up for it.

Mrs Hall

Lovely big bright and airy cottage in a fabulous location. Particularly loved sitting on the terrace and enjoying the sunshine and the view. Close to beaches, pubs and shops. Fabulous holiday

Mrs Barrett

It was just fabulous, we loved it. Views amazing and just 60 seconds to the sea, shop, pub etc. A well placed cottage for looking around the local area.

Mrs Burghes

Another fabulous holiday in Antigua. Extremely well equipped and comfortable house in a great location.

Mr Lemonius

Stunning cottage with great views out to sea and amazing sunrise! It is well equipped and very cosy - the heating worked well for those winter/early spring evening and mornings. The proximity to the village with its excellent pub - The Plume of Feathers, the well stocked shop and the coffee bar Tatums were all much appreciated. The local beach is also very close and tide permitting is a great place for ball throwing time for the dog - out of season. (Poo bags are well catered for in the village so there’s no excuse for not clearing up) There are some amazing walks from the door step - with the Hidden Hut not far away on Porthcurnick beach. I am sure we shall be back soon!

Mrs Leonard

We have stayed at Antigua many times over the years and it always feels like a home away from home. The house is always spotless, comfortable and warm and recent renovations carried out by the owners have made it even more special. We have spent many happy hours sitting in the living room with the log fire blazing watching the amazing sea views from the window. The location is fantastic - Portscatho is a gorgeous, quaint Cornish village with everything you need within walking distance including some fabulous beaches, a well stocked village shop and delicious places to eat. In the surrounding area, we love to visit the picture perfect St Mawes, take a ferry ride to Falmouth or wander round the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Once we arrive at Antigua, we always find it very difficult to leave!

Mrs Bramley

Gorgeous house with loads of character, amazing views and second-to-none location. Highly recommended.

Mrs Forsyth

We love staying in Antigua. It is in a superb position with wonderful sea views. The house is well equipped and very homely.

Mrs Goodchild

An excellent stay in a beautiful location accommodation can't be faulted.

Mrs Lee

We love Antiqua more and more each time. We have visited three times and it’s definitely the best property we have stayed in on the Roseland. Booked again already. Thank you to the owners for kindly sharing their very special family holiday home.

Dr Dent

We had the most wonderful stay at Antigua. The cottage was beautiful and very well-equipped. The views are absolutely spectacular, and such a great location for walks across to Porthcurnock beach. Wonderful that the cottage is dog and baby friendly - we all enjoyed our stay very much and we will certainly be back! Thank you!

Dr Baines

Another lovely week at Antigua. Kitchen incredibly cosy with the Rayburn going. Wonderful views of raging sea and stormy skies. Marshmallows toasted on the open fire too. A real home from home.

Mrs Forsyth

We had an amazing week at Antigua and can’t wait to go again!

Mrs Crapper

So stylish and perfectly comfortable. Felt very at home and relaxed. Small touches like baskets for shoes in the porch were handy. Huge utility room. Didn’t need to use the dining room at all. Lounge perfect for watching tv and so many channels to choose from. Thank you. Nice phone call from the owner on the first night to see if we needed anything.

Dr Baines

Superb house. Very warm and comfortable. Lots of lovely original art. A real home from home.

Mrs Lee

This Cottage is 5 Star. Beautifully furnished and in a super position. It is very reasonably priced for its high standard and location. We will definitely be booking again..

Mrs Wareham

Please use me as a reference. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for its delightful position and facilities. Anyone wanting to leave the hurly burly of modern life behind them for a while and enjoy a traditional, quintessential English seaside holiday, need look no further than Portscatho.

Ms Gorrigan

We had a wonderful week staying at Antigua. It is the best equipped holiday cottage we have ever stayed in, has a fabulous location and is a beautiful home. Thank you.

Mrs Barnes

A fabulous family home right in the heart of the village. Amazing views from the front of the house and terrace. Two parking spaces are gold dust. Very strongly recommend, our third or fourth visit to this property.

Mrs Wareham

This holiday home was outstanding. We were so pleased with it and we all had a wonderful family holiday. Gorgeous views. Immediate feeling of homely comfort. Clean and exceptionally comfortable beds throughout.

Mrs Mills

Beautiful cottage it is like being at home with everything needed. Superb views from three of the bedrooms and relaxing garden at the rear. Would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a very special retreat in Cornwall.

Mrs Leonard

A real home away from home in a fabulous location. We couldn’t have asked from more from a holiday cottage.

Mrs Mills

Excellent property - who really know you are in a home and not rented accommodation. Everything you need provided - clean, well decorated, beautiful enclosed garden at rear with front patio overlooking the sea. The 3 bedrooms with sea view were wonderful. Will definitely return.

Ms Owen

Perfect place to relax and unwind in a quiet location with stunning views! Location is ideal for walkers and also for those lazy days, stones throw from a beautiful dog friendly beach & dog friendly pub. Don't think we've ever stayed in such a homely, well-stocked & very roomy house on our holidays & hope to be back soon. Loved it!!

Mrs Berry

Fabulous views, well equipped comfortable house.

Mrs Barnes

An excellent central village location which in the summer would be a boost with two parking spaces. Secluded attractive garden with sun throughout the day and fabulous panoramic views from the sun terrace at the front of the house.

Mrs Owen

It would be very useful to have the use of another bed at the property. As my family will be increased by next year we are unable to use this property, which we all loved this year.
