Welcome to 3 Harbour Court, a stylish bijou first floor apartment perfectly placed in the beating heart of Portscatho village and just a stone's throw from the pretty harbour, scenic coast path and stunning beaches of the Roseland peninsula.

Portscatho has all you need for the perfect holiday and 3 Harbour Court has everything virtually on the doorstep. With a lovely selection of traditional village shops, eateries and cafes you may never need to take your car out but if you do decide to travel further afield the delights of Cornwall await.

Conveniently tucked away off the main street in Portscatho, 3 Harbour Court can be found just behind the harbour. Tatams, which serves freshly brewed coffee alongside a great selection of gorgeous pastries, can be found just around the corner on the harbour wall (the perfect start to the day), and Tide & Thyme - a cafe and takeaway is just next door so that's breakfast, lunch and dinner all taken care of and just moments away!

Access is shared with one other apartment with key entry to the door at the bottom of the stairs which split at the top. The left-hand staircase leads to 3 Harbour Court and the door leads into the open plan living area. Light, bright and welcoming, the stylish interior has been cleverly designed to make the most of the space and those memorising sea views. The sitting-area has a comfy sofa and armchair, perfect for gazing out to sea. A breakfast-bar sits in-between the sitting-area and kitchen, making the most of the views and giving you a bird's eye view over the roof tops to the harbour. The kitchen has all the equipment you will need to whip up a holiday meal and of course the dishwasher will take care of the washing up!

Outside the kitchen a door leads onto a small balcony with just enough space for two. This little spot is the perfect place to sit and drink in the view or perhaps catch up on some holiday reading to the sound of the sea gently lapping against the seawall.

The bedroom is delightful, decorated in whites and blues - a nod to the nautical location. White plantation shutters give this room a Mediterranean vibe and a great night's sleep is assured in the super-king size bed. The shower-room is perfect after a busy day out and about. Parking is available in the village square but there are time restrictions, so it is recommended that you park a short walk away in New Road pay and display car park.

Whether you are looking for a romantic bolthole or simply looking for some time out in a quaint Cornish village, 3 Harbour Court has all the ingredients for the perfect getaway.

Customer reviews

Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.

Mr Barker

This is a wonderful flat. I'm a swimmer and I enjoyed watching the other swimmers in Gerrans Bay. Great for paddle boarding on calm days. Great to watch the local children diving off the harbour wall. Its location is good i.e. close to a good shop, pub, and delicious ice cream shop.

Mrs Curry

Great location, very clean flat and perfect for us. We booked the week that covered the beer and cider festival in the social club next door.. they had lots of live bands on, which was great. Will definitely book again.

Mr Orson

Absolute Gem . Highly recommend this for small groups of people

Mrs Vernon

This was a fantastic property for a winter break. Cosy with stunning views and perfect location. We really appreciated the spec of everything in the flat: lovely bedding, towels and kitchen equipment etc.

Mrs Waind

Spent a memorable week here at the end of September. Perfect location in heart of village with stunning views across the bay. Flat perfect for our needs, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We will be booking this property again.

Ms King

The accommodation was lovely and was in a lovely area. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Fantastic views of the coast from the lounge.

Ms Cappella

Fabulous little apartment in a perfect location! I stayed with a friend on this occasion, but plan on coming back with my partner. The property was as described and we had a great couple of days in beautiful Portscatho. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thankyou to the owners and to Classic Cottages for a perfect early summer break.

Mrs Gardiner

This property is perfectly located in the heart of Portscatho. Beautiful sea views to enjoy whatever the weather. We had a very comfortable weeks stay with our dog and will definitely be back in the future.

Mrs Townsend

Absolutely stunning location what a place to wake up to and relax what ever the weather

Mrs Ward

This apartment is in an excellent location and has fantastic views. Would recommend

We have been very disappointed by our stay at 3 Harbour Court, and we’re surprised that the property is listed with Classic given the usual standard of accommodation. There are 3 main reasons for our dissatisfaction. Firstly there is an overwhelming smell of damp/mould throughout the stair access and the accommodation itself. I find it hard to believe that this hasn’t been mentioned in any of the reviews. It’s the type of smell that doesn’t just occur overnight. There was evidence of the mould on the window sealant and behind the shower. It’s not to say that the accommodation was unclean but clearly there is a damp issue which has left the space with an uncomfortable smell. Secondly the Harbour Club which is next door but one had music blearing until 1am on Saturday night, in addition to the intoxicated villagers who stood outside smoking. The music was so loud we could hear the lyrics! Definitely not conducive to a relaxing break, and again I find hard to believe that this hasn’t been mentioned in any of the reviews. Finally, the description of the property is dated. Tatums was not open at all and Tavola is no longer an Italian bar and restaurant. The parking is also slightly underplayed, if arriving late it is a pain to go back and forth to get the permit and the coast path has no lights!

3 Harbour Court is an ideal place for couples to stay, right next to the beach with great views across the bay. Well equipped , spacious, comfortable and clean , with everything you'd need for a stay. There's a great pub and well stocked shop around the corner . Car parking is less than 5 mins away,

Ms Parker

Fantastic view and location in the centre of the village. The beach is on your doorstep. Buses through the village make other places on the Roseland peninsula very accessible if you don't want to drive.

Miss Gallagher

This property is so well-situated right in the heart of Portscatho and on the South West Coastal path. It has the most amazing sea views. You could easily spend all day watching the changing seascape from the window. The apartment is well-appointed, very bright, comfortable and welcoming. It is well-served for facilities and good food: two pubs, a great pizzeria, the Hidden Hut and an amazing farm shop all accessible with no need to get in the car. There are also so many wonderful beaches and good walks all on the door step. We definitely intend to return.

Miss Lambert

Very central position so easy for pub, beach, shop. We didn’t need to use the car during our stay so don’t be put off by car parking being away from property.

Mrs Bishop

If you are looking for a property with good beach access you can't get much better than Harbour Court, and the views from this property are superb. Ideally situated in the centre of Portscatho with easy access to the pub and the shop. The SW Coast Path is literally right on your doorstep so plenty of walks to choose from.

Mrs Fretter

Great location & amazing views . Portscatho is lovely . The Hidden Hut , The Boathouse & The Standard Inn are all well worth a visit ( although pre-book well in advance for The Standard Inn) . Coffee & pastries at Tatams are great - along with the setting & views.

Ms Earl

Fabulous property with excellent views and everything you would need for a stay any time of the year .

Ms Watchorn

Absolutely lovely place in a great location - you will not be disappointed!.. The flat is furnished to a high standard with a very well equipped kitchen. There is a selection of DVD's thoughtfully provided and very good selection if you ever have a night in. A stone's throw from the beach and another one in walking distance. All in all a great find, brilliant location and perfect for a week's stay or more. This is our first time using Classic Cottages and we were very much impressed. Thank you so much.
