St Annes
With breathtaking coastal views that stretch as far as the eye can see, direct access to the coastal path and within walking distance of two beaches, this heavenly seaside retreat is the epitome of coastal living. Perched above glistening blue waters, St Annes boasts pride of place in a quiet exclusive residential area close to the traditional fishing town of Looe.
Welcoming up to five lucky guests, with light, contemporary styled interiors, a sunny garden for al fresco dining and a first floor balcony giving a bird's eye view of this spectacular setting, this is a wonderful retreat for families, friends and couples alike…you'll be smitten from the minute you arrive.
Open plan living is the order of the day at St Annes, to ensure you enjoy spending time together and to make the most of the view. Whether conjuring up culinary delights in the stylish kitchen, tucking into holiday meals at the dining-table, snuggled up on the sofa or relaxing with an evening sundowner in the sun-room, unwind and chill out with that very special backdrop.
There's a fabulous wet-room on the ground floor, ideal for a quick rinse of sandy toes after a day on the beach or a great excuse to grab a sneaky croissant on the way to your morning shower! There's an even more impressive wet-room waiting for you on the first floor along with the three bedrooms, all with windows that frame the blue of the sea and sky. Bedroom one even boasts a wonderful balcony with tranquil views over the sea, best admired whilst lazing on the sun-loungers in our opinion!
The gorgeous garden and sunny terrace offer a wonderful space to relax, whether you're waking early to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or watching the sunset at the end of a glorious day in this charming corner of Cornwall….so what are you waiting for, come and live the coastal dream.

Ms Collins
Very comfortable and well equipped property in a gorgeous location. Enclosed back garden with wonderful sea views, patio seating and sun loungers on the upstairs patio accessible from the main bedroom. The house had everything you could need - comfy beds, lovely open plan living space downstairs and a sun trap conservatory. Highly recommended.
Mr Stokes
We all had one of the most enjoyable and relaxing breaks ever whilst staying at St Annes. An amazing location with super views of the coast and sea. St. Annes is so practically designed and has an admirable high standard of furniture, fittings and appliances - the kitchen and huge TV are brilliant. The conservatory is just perfect and a great place to relax. Such a lovely house in a stunning location with so much to do so we'll definitely return. The cafe nearest the beach/bus stop at Hannafore beach is a must with a great menu and excellent food. Sarah's Pasties in Looe are the best ever!! There are so many other fantastic places to visit and enjoy which means St Annes is the best "base" to have.
Ms Smith
Just lovely. Everything you could need. Tranquil, yet just a 4 minute walk to two beaches. Lovely, spacious, all new foxtures, beautifully clean and airy.
Mr Weston
We had a fabulous week staying at St Annes. It was beautifully furnished and particularly loved the wet rooms (the photos don't do it justice). We have holidayed in Cornwall for the last 5 years and St Annes has to be our favourite holiday home yet. The views were spectacular and the short walks to the beach were perfect. The house was immaculate and the garden was too, just right for our little pooch. We felt so spoilt and we definitely will stay again. Highly recommend 5 stars!
Mr Page
This is a wonderful house with fantastic views. Location is spot on, about one mile walk into Looe along the coast path.
Mrs. Jost
Fantastic property with a lovely garden and an amazing view looking out to the sea. Walking to the beaches and into Looe along the coastal path. The house is well equiped and very comfortable. We enjoyed a fantastic week and would go back again.
Mr Hull
On arrival we were blown away with the views, the pictures on the brochure did not do it justice the property was very well equipped and the furniture was very good quality I would not hesitate to book through Classic Cottages next time
Mrs Blair-Park
Fantastic location on the coastal path, with walk into Looe. Beautiful view looking out to the sea. Well equiped and comfortable property. Would go back again.
Mr Malleson
What a superb holiday cottage! Located on the top of the cliffs, this cottage offers stunning views over the coastline from Looe Island and as far East as Rame Head on a good day. We spotted seals, many seabirds, boats and weathered a couple of storms sitting in the beautiful sun room. The house offers top level equipment in the kitchen and has a huge smart TV Infront of a comfortable reclining leather sofa. The beds are all comfortable and bathrooms are clean, fresh and enjoyable to use. The Webber BBQ was a lovely touch should you fancy some outdoor cooking on the gorgeous patio with new garden furniture. We are a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Mr Fourie
We had a lovely stay at St Annes and enjoyed the beaches which are very close.
Mr Avignon
We would strongly recommend this property. Positioned on the southwest hiking trail this house is perfect for hikers. Easy access to Mutiple beaches (medium level of fitness required). Great facilities with modern appliances. Lovely views and great garden. Great to BBQ from this house. Main bedroom is spacious and has awesome views. 2nd bedroom is a good size but note the 3rd bedroom is small and can only house 1 person. Otherwise, this property is a great holiday destination. Easy access by foot to Looe in a quiet area, and very easy to drive to the surrounding villages of Seaton and Downderry , which are quieter and have better restaurants. We would come back to this property .
