Boasting an unrivalled location in a National Landscape (formerly known as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), right on the banks of Penpol Creek with direct access to the water, this is one for the water lovers and nature watchers.

Trace creekside walks through historic woodlands, delight in leisurely waterside picnics, spot egrets, kingfishers, swans, otters and corn-buntings, brace yourself with an early morning dip, while away days paddleboarding and kayaking (please bring your own) and dine in the dappled shade of the garden with the glowing embers of the fire-pit keeping you warm as the sun sets on another day.

Think Swallows and Amazons meets Wind in the Willows. It's picture perfect and the place to simply kick back, relax and reset.

Mr Florio

Tidal Waters has to be one of the most idyllic, and peaceful, locations we have stayed in for a long time, right there on the creek, with a great garden to sit and watch nature all around (which our dog loved too!). The house is beautiful - so much thought has clearly gone into making it feel like a warm, cosy, home from home, from the soft furnishing, to a fully equipped kitchen, to the gorgeous art work. Although, in a very quiet hamlet (perfect!), so many places are within a short drive - i.e. Polruan, Fowey via the car ferry at Bodinnick, Polperro, St Austell and so on. And, great dog-friendly beaches (such as our particular favourites, Par Beach, and Carlyon Bay). Tidal Waters was perfect for us, and we definitely plan to be back! Thank you Jason, Helen, and Dexter dog

mrs littleboy

The cottage is in a stunning location and is exceptionally quiet and relaxing. The house feels like a home, with very comfy beds and sofa. It is the perfect place to go if you want a chilled time away from it all. We loved it.

Mrs Beecroft

Lovely location, a little cramped ( 1 bathroom, sitting room kitchen dining room open plan probably most suitable for a couple ) and over priced for the standard offered
