Willow Cottage was home from home. Hosts were lovely. Loved it & hope to return

Lovely property suited us and our two dogs. Very cosy and comfortable for our November stay.

The secure garden around the cottage was a very welcome spot for our young dog but the access to the larger field opposite allowed for a release of her energy before heading out in the car. The area was great for us. Very quiet and private but not many miles away from cafes, beaches and restaurants etc. A really lovely place to stay. Thank you Rachel and Steve.

We were very lucky with the weather during our visit. We visited lots of beaches, mostly about 40 minutes drive from the cottage. Apart from the narrow track to the cottage, the location is perfect. The cottage is beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We did feel very warm so not much heating required but we are used to a cold home so might just be what we’re used to. Small private garden ideal for letting the dog out and an exercise field just across from the cottage was ideal for ball throwing. Lovely touch was the welcome bag full of goodies for us and Lettie.

Very nice modern cottage, the owners are lovely and very helpful, they left a great welcome pack. If you use a mobility scooter take a ramp as there is a step by the gate and a step up through the doors, once inside there is plenty of room. Willow is near Falmouth and Helston and it's not much further to Porthleven and Marazion (St Michael's Mount), plenty of places to visit.

Beautifully presented dog friendly cottage. Comfortable for us and our pet with the luxury of a fenced exercise area too. Calm and peaceful with beautiful views to inspire you.

This is such a wonderful find. Excellent two week stay to explore south Cornwall and some of the north beaches. Hosts fantastic. So good to have parking right next to cottage. Lovely big kitchen to cook evening meals and breakfast. Massive bed really comfortable so had really good nights sleep. The gorgous free standing bath topped it all off. Felt very much at home and nothing needed changing apart from the weather!

A perfect holiday cottage , excellent hosts , private , enclosed garden for your dog and a safe exercise field , convenient location , gift bag on arrival , light and spacious , we felt very at home .

This is a very dog friendly and comfortable cottage. The area requires you to be a careful and competent driver. Location is very rural and needs a drive to amenities. There are many varied and interesting places to visit in the area. Falmouth and Porthleven have a great selection of restaurants and pubs.

Very peaceful place. Not far from lots of places to visit. Very comfortable.

Hospitality from Rachel and Steve was excellent, a text from Rachel before we arrived made us feel very welcome. Beautiful rural location, feels miles from anywhere yet ideally situated for very easy access to Helford Estuary, many of the gardens such as Trebah and Glendurgan, Lizard Peninsula and so much.

A beautiful Cottage in the peace and quiet of the Cornish countryside. All the home comforts we needed to switch off from hectic home life. An added extra benefit of using a field next to the Cottage to exercise our dog in the morning and evening was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visiting local villages, gardens and harbours. Thank you to Rachel and Steve for such a lovely stay, we highly recommend Willow Cottage

A lovely well equipped cottage in beautiful surroundings. Owners very welcoming, friendly and happy to help. Enclosed garden very good for keeping dogs secure. Would certainly stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Willow cottage. Well located to explore, a lovely place to rest in, and Steve & Rachel were super helpful.

Property owners were very friendly and made our stay all the more special along with the pigs and chickens. Cottage is beautifully furnished and feels homely. Plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath or shower in a lovely rural setting and small intimate garden for alfresco eating and drinking. Can’t ask for a more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Willow Cottage. Steve & Rachel were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The fresh milk & hamper were a lovely bonus as were the freshly laid eggs from their hens! All in all its a lovely comfortable Cottage in a central location for exploring the area. We had fabulous weather so it was lovely to sit outside in the morning/evening listening to the birds singing. We would highly recommend Willow Cottage & wouldn't hesitate in returning for a second visit.

Beautiful location in peaceful rural environment. Hosts were welcoming and available to help if needed. The cottage was comfortable and well furnished - ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing week away (with or without a dog!).

The hosts Steve and Rachel were most friendly and welcoming. A nice basket of essentials and bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch. They also gave us some eggs from their hens which were delicious. The cottage was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. A great location with little travel time to some of Cornwalls best walking spots.

This is a lovely cottage, very thoughtfully furnished and wonderfully warm and comfortable. The owners were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend to others, and would be happy to return again.

Willow Cottage is in an idyllic and peaceful location ideally placed for the south coast, the Lizard and Mounts Bay and also the far west of Cornwall. The cottage is very comfortable and beautifully furnished and the welcome basket was much appreciated. Fizz the cockapoo and I enjoyed our stay there very much and I wished we could have stayed longer.

A little gem of a home from home. If you are looking for peace and quiet with lots to see and do within 20 miles. Willow Cottage is the place. A comfy sofa or two and a very comfortable bed with lovely crisp linen..it provides a lovely base to make the most of your holiday time in lovely Cornwall.

Lovely cottage with very friendly and helpful hosts. The cottage is tucked away in a quiet lane but there are plenty of lovely places to visit in the area. We had a super week.

Our second stay with Steve & Rachel (we previously stayed in the Cuddle Cabin), but by no means our last. The cottage is beautiful, location great & hosts nothing short of perfect. If we could move in permanently, we'd do so tomorrow.

Willow Cottage is in a secluded enclave of several houses so is peaceful and quiet. The property is simply furnished. The owner is on hand nearby and was most generous with his time: a most helpful personality and willingness to assist if needed.
