Lovely cottage with great views and very convenient for the town. Very nicely furnished, we loved the snug for just chilling out. As a bonus the Boathouse pub across the road serves delicious food.

We have had a wonderful week, the house was comfy , clean and well looked after. The location was fantastic we enjoyed walking down into Falmouth, there is plenty to do and see. We ate at The Boathouse across the road and The Working Boat Pub attached to the Greenbank Hotel.

Lovely cottage with wonderful harbour views. Everything we expected and more, with some lovely extra touches and hospitality which we appreciated. As a base for Falmouth with parking, it was a great find, and well placed to explore the Lizard peninsula. Would recommend.

I loved staying at Jacketts - and I will book it again. The house is so fresh and clean - and the owner's eye for detail is wonderful: there is everything you need for total convenience and comfort. The view to the estuary and harbour is a delight - I sat looking out the window, in the comfy chair upstairs, for many more hours than I should have! The location for easy access to all that Falmouth has to offer is excellent. Brilliant - top marks.

Jackets cottage was a beautiful property, with a gorgeous view, extremely clean and in an excellent location. It was only a short stroll to the town where they had everything one can need! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you would need (plus some) and the welcome pack was really an unexpected treat! We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings as it was so peaceful and in the evenings the views were ever changing. My daughter even spotted her first shooting star! Victoria who looked after the home was very helpful and went above and beyond for us by posting my daughters beloved jumper back to us after realising, about 2 hours up the M5, she had left it behind. Would definitely rebook Jacketts cottage if we were to visit Falmouth again and would use Classic Cottages again. Thank you for giving us a holiday we will treasure for a lifetime!

We had a very relaxing family holiday at Jacketts Cottage. Everything is so lovely and clean and the cottage is very well equipped and to a high standard. The beds were super comfy and the outside seating area is a lovely place to spend the evening overlooking the estuary. We recommend the Boathouse across the road, who serve delicious food. Will definitely be back ??

Jacketts Cottage was fantastic - very well equipped with everything you could think of, great welcome touches and lovely furnishings. It was also in a great location overlooking the harbour and very close to the pub and town - the car parking space was also an added bonus. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend to others - we will be back one day!

We had a wonderful holiday staying in this beautiful cottage. It was surprisingly spacious and the views from the terrace overlooking the estuary were amazing. We had wonderful weather so enjoyed a relaxing drink and even a snooze on the terrace. The thoughtful gifts and letter from the owner made us feel very welcome.

Superb location with minimal sound intrusion from the excellent pub just across the road. The actual cottage is even better than the photo's on the website. Lovely views over the river estuary and the village of Flushing on the far side.

The Falmouth location of Jacketts, right on the estuary and within easy walking of the town, pubs, places to eat and visitor attractions, would be hard to beat. The cottage is beautifully appointed, is very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and has the most stunning views of the Fal estuary from within the property. Only downside, the central heating could be a little more efficient.

We had the most perfect of stays at Jacketts Cottage. The hospitality we received from the owner was second to none. Our thanks, too, to Classic Cottages. Huge thanks all round!

We don't usually recommend but we would have no problem recommending this property. When recommending there's usually a 'but'.....I can honestly say there are no 'buts' about this property at all, lovely little surprise pressie, and the bottle of bubbly gratefully appreciated. Hopefully we will return. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The cottage was perfect for us with the bonus of Victoria’s starter pack, helpfulness and generosity. The cottage fulfilled all our needs. The highlight being the Sea shanty festival which we enjoyed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to the cottage.

No faults with the cottage but if you are a pensioners the area in beautiful but too hilly

I don't really want to share how wonderful this property was because you may all book it up!! We have been so impressed with this company, what a game changer. From start to end they have been brilliant. I wish they covered more areas because I would love only to book through here. So let's cover Jacketts Cottage in Falmouth. Right at the start of a wonderful high street full of bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and other shops, on a manageable hill sits Jacketts cottage. A car space for a small to medium car. The house itself, spacious, clean, well equipped, two bathrooms, giant beds that were SUPER comfy. A smart Tv, a snug with a few kids bits. Oh am missing the cherry on the top, the views of the harbour that are seen from so many spots. Beautiful. And an outdoor area to absorb it all in. Gosh I sound gushy but I guess it has been a strange for years for everyone and so it feels appropriate and deserved. Will be back. Again and again.

We have been coming to Cornwall on holiday for the last 12 years, we enjoyed our stay very much as this is one of the best places we have stayed This beautiful cottage is in a fantastic location with amazing views (with parking which is an added bonus). The cottage is immaculate, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Communication was great and Victoria made us feel very welcome... we are planning a return trip - 5 stars from us. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our holiday at Jacketts cottage, it is an excellent property, in a great location, with marvellous views over the harbour and flushing, the icing on the cake was the reserved parking for our car.

Stayed here with daughter and her husband for one week. The cottage is beautifully decorated and super clean, light and airy. Larger than it appears on web sight. Beautiful views of the harbour from the outside terrace, dining area and the upstairs reading nook. Located close to the top of the High Street.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and in a great location for exploring Falmouth and the surrounding area- lovely views and very handy for dog walks with the gardens right next door.

We had a wonderful time at Jacketts Cottage- every detail had been taken care of - the lay out of the cottage, the quality of the furnishings, the kitchen equipment. The view is spectacular! There was chilled presseco and fresh pastries waiting for us - very kind. Victoria communicated with us via text which was great as we felt she was there if we had any questions, but we didn't because everything had been thought of. Lots of nice places to eat & drink, plenty of interesting shops to look around and beaches within walking distance. Top marks, thank you.

We visit Cornwall frequently to see relatives and this has just become our absolute favourite holiday let. It’s so clean and comfy we absolutely loved it. The view is stunning, the furnishings are lovely and the attention to detail is superb. Thank goodness it even has parking as it’s a busy area yet once inside, it’s peaceful and relaxing.

Jacketts cottage turned out to be a first class choice from the many options available. I would definitely recommend it. Everything in walking distance and the cottage itself is like a new build inside and contains everything you would have in your own home. Housekeeper Victoria, was very welcoming and always on hand for help and advice if needed. Thanks for a wonderful two weeks holiday.
