Thank you Vanessa and Gavin for a great week in your lovely cottage. The property was just as described and perfect for 2 people and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need should you wish to use it along with plenty of information about Falmouth and places to visit. There was also a much appreciated welcome gift basket to greet us on our arrival. The location is brilliant as it's literally 2 minutes down the hill to the lovely beach wih bar and restaurant and a handy CoOp. We really enjoyed our trip to Falmouth and would certainly recommend a stay at Guillemot.

This property and the owners are top notch. Very comfortable accommodation and very friendly owners. There is everything you need and more. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We had an amazing time at Guillemot and wish we could have stayed for longer. The property is just up the road from Gyllingvase Beach and the coastal path, a beach cafe and a small but well stocked Co-op. We really appreciated the parking space too. The property is extremely stylish and incredibly well equipped, especially if you prefer to self cater as we do. The bed is very comfortable and the property spotlessly clean. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful if you need any local knowledge. Would love to return when the weather is warmer!!

Lovely property in a perfect location, the beaches have their own community here and are an extention of the town! Perefctly clean & the small size overall wasn't a problem. Over & above on the small touches for us and our dog. We had a small issue on the Sunday which was dealt with in minutes! We've stayed in many UK flats over the years and the attention to detail and general level of how the flat is kitted out, is second to none. Would highly recommend!

The Guillemot is a beautiful property the owner has thought of everything there is nothing negative I can say about the property or our stay and will definitely be back.

Exceeded all our expectations. Guillemot is a lovely property; we would describe it as "bijou" and it has everything you would ever need for two adults and a small dog with a beautiful suntrap courtyard outside, spotlessly clean and a wealth of information about activities in the area. The location is just amazing - just a few steps from the beach, fabulous walks along the front and into town to the left, onto the beach with its waterside bar and restaurant straight ahead, or to the (well-stocked) Co-op and then onto the coastal path to the right. And thank you also to the perfect host. Personable, friendly and approachable. We loved our holiday on the beach side of Falmouth and will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

Excellent property ideal for a couple and ideally situated for all the amenities of Falmouth. Clean and comfortable and lovely decor. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful cottage! Comfortable cosy beautifully decorated and warm. The beach a stones throw away. The property owners were delightful. Not intrusive but there if we needed help. All in all excellent!

Superbly appointed cottage enjoying a wonderful location, a short walk to two lovely beaches, cafe and shop and an easy walk to Falmouth Town centre. Such a plus to have a parking space and to be able to take our dog with us, she loved all the walks!! Would highly recommend Guillemot.

We had a very enjoyable time at guillemot, the location was perfect for us very short walk to the very clean beach which was very well used for morning and evening swimming , a very well stocked coop provided us with essential s while the bakery on the beach supplied our breakfast pastries and fresh bread, lovely beach bar open for breakfast through to evening meals, plenty of places to explore on foot or further afield .we met our hosts who lived next door they were lovely ,very welcoming ,knowledgeable and happy to talk and suggest places we might find interesting , Although the accommodation was small (we knew that when we booked) it was so well equipped with everything you could possibly need and some lovely extra touches. Would highly recommend this property for couples and a dog. We hope to return in the future.

Very small pretty cottage close to beach with facilities all around. Not for everyone as bathroom very small and a steep road outside.

This is a top notch property finished to a very high standard. We had a small issue with the courtyard chair which the owners replaced within a couple of hours demonstrating their commitment to making everything just right. The location was amazing just a couple of mins to the beautiful beach and all its bar and dining facilities, including convenience store. You can also use some of the St Michael resort facilities which is opposite the property. Parking space very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Decor, furnishings and kitchen facilities are of great quality, and make for a cosy and quiet little holiday bolt-hole. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The bathroom is tiny but we managed and it didn't spoil our holiday. We could walk easily into Falmouth and it's perfectly located for the South West Coastpath, which is at the bottom of the road along with a lovely beach cafe and a local Co-Op.
