Lovely 2 week stay. Very comfortable cottage with everything we needed. Even the parking was ok ??

Beautifully renovated property - very comfortable bed and bedding. I chose this property as a non driver and I was not disappointed- I used the amazing flushing to Falmouth ferry most days then the other ferries to get to Trelisik Gardens , St Mawes and Malpas. There are also beautiful local walks and bars snd restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk. The local shop is one of the best I have been in- all the fresh bread, croissants and cakes were wonderful and it was incredibly well stocked with lovely good quality products - so no need to shop elsewhere. Very e joyable holiday and I would return to explore the area further.

We had a lovely week at Easy Oars. Good to use the Flushing ferry over to Falmouth and, along with walks from the property, no need to be always using the car. Flushing has a friendly residential feel as well as being popular with tourists and day trippers across the water. The local shop just round the corner was excellent with fresh bread and pastries delivered each morning along with pasties from Pips Pasties in Penryn. Two pubs, again just around the corner. We ate three nights at the Royal Standard - very good with a lively atmosphere and the Harbour House (although we didn't eat there) was great for an evening sundowner outside on their benches in front of the water. Also recommended for eating are Cafe Mylor and the Pandora Inn. There are numerous walks to be had from the front door around the creeks where you can dine en route at the two above mentioned places. An afternoon out at Trelissick is recommended (National Trust) doing the Woodland Walk down to Channals Creek. All in all, a very restful and relaxed break.

Easy Oars is a beautiful cottage with very high standard furnishings. It is extremely comforting and welcoming. The location is superb - close to the village shop and two pubs. The pub at the end of the road: Harbour House sells delicious food and the staff is delightful. The coastal walks are stunning so I would highly recommend Flushing as a place to stay. Please note: during our stay, works were being carried out on the property next door so I would suggest ensuring that these are completed before booking. I have rated the cottage ignoring the problems with the building works. Once these have been completed, I highly recommend Easy Oars for your stay in Flushing.

Another lovely week in Easy Oars. The walk to Mylor Churchtown is definitely worth doing especially if it is followed by breakfast at Cafe Mylor.

Lovely comfy well equipped cottage in a great location for exploring the local area. However be aware the back garden has an open archway without a gate, a screen is supplied but its to lightweight and just blows over, our dog escaped due to this. A really easy fix would be to put in a proper gate to make it secure for children and animals at present its not a secure enclosed garden.
Mrs Porter
Flushing is a lovely place to stay with pub/restaurant/shop and great dog walking area/path around to Mylor Harbour. Also, v handy for trips into Falmouth and to S W Coastal path via ferry services. Lovely accommodation with pleasant outdoor space. Great coffee machine (take ground coffee to operate). Would definitely consider booking again.
Mrs Everton
To have the opportunity to park up the car and use all the local ferrys was a delight.

We spent a lovely week at Easy Oars. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped. The location is excellent with two pubs and small shop within a minute’s walk. Having a parking space was a bonus and whilst access is a bit of a squeeze it accommodated a Ford Kuga. The perfect spot to chill and relax.
Mr Hughes-Narborough
Fab stay lovely village , very busy and parking is tight - if you have a large car you may struggle . Cottage is wonderful , very well equipped . Ate in all pubs - lovely food and very welcoming .
Mr Murray
Lovely accommodation in a lovely setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Easy Oars. The property is very comfortable and is situated in the lovely and charming village of Flushing - which has two lovely pubs and a restaurant within only a minute or two walk of the property. Thank you - we will certainly be back!
Mrs Hulbert
Easy Oars was a lovely place to stay with everything you need around you. Great that there was no need to use the car if you didn't want to!
Mrs Cheshire
A lovely welcoming cottage which feels like home from home, airy and spacious with good living areas. Everything available that you would need for a comfy holiday. Good that it comes with on property parking, accessed by driving in or reversing in easily, though possible struggle if you had a big car, as on road parking is tricky. Would definitely stay at Easy Oars again.
MRS COTTON
A truly comfortable, well-equipped cottage with a pretty garden front and rear. Excellent location... short distance from The Royal Standard pub with excellent food, the ferry Quay, bus stop and beach.
