Very easy to use website, we were easily able to locate all the information we required to make a decision. It's great having an area where you can pin your favourite properties for comparison. We will definitely be using Classic Cottages again.

Excellent location with great facilities, pub, shop, tearoom, in walking distance. Very good walking routes from the door. Nice enclosed garden.

We found Oliver’s cottage very comfortable & cosy, in an area of outstanding beauty which gives you the easy access to participate in country life & sports, walking, horse riding, fishing. So if these activity’s are what you’re looking for, Oliver’s cottage is the place to use has your base.

Lovely clean and nicely appointed cottage with easy access to shallow river for children to play and some beautiful walks. Handy shop for those forgotten essentials, tea shop and pub nearby.

We had the most wonderful week in this spacious, pretty cottage in a stunning location. It is so well equipped with pretty china and lots of glasses etc also very comfortable beds. We really appreciated the lovely garden furniture too and enjoyed sitting in the sunny , peaceful and private garden. It is in an excellent location too with great tea rooms and shop, and the pub is almost next door We can most definitely recommend. Diane and Robert

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Olivers cottage, for the second time. It is a beautiful cottage in an idyllic country setting. Great walks, friendly village & super local shop & pub. The garden we thought was kept especially tidy & pretty during our stay. We loved relaxing on the sunny patio with a good book. Thankyou for letting us stay. We hope to be back again next year!

Location in Withypool excellent with local walks and excellent tearoom and shop. A very cosy property but sadly Oliver's Cottage needs some TLC and could be really lovely once done.

Location was superb. So much to do in the area. Great parking and outside space. Boot room would be a fab asset in winter for wet boots and coats. Nice bedrooms and 3 x bathrooms a nice treat. Felt really homely. We would definitely return.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a brilliant location to explore Exmoor. Great pub yards away, good local shop selling amazing strawberries and delicious cream teas in the tea rooms. The walk from Withypool to Landacre Bridge is gorgeous.

This is an ideal cottage on the edge of the village. It is a delightful cottage with fully enclosed garden. The best of Exmoor is on the doorstep. The perfect holiday retreat.

Nice location very peaceful

A lovely cottage in a perfect location for country walks right in the heart of Exmoor. Withypool village has a great pub, tea room and a very good local shop, and there are beautiful walks on the River Barle within 5 minutes of the cottage. We've now stayed here 3 times but sadly the property itself is now looking a bit tired and unloved and could do with some money being spent on some of the essentials - kitchenware refresh, newer and more comfortable furnishings, some general de-cluttering as well as needing a good clean and a lick of paint.

We loved our stay here. The location is brilliant - a beautiful village with a great pub and tea room set in gorgeous countryside. The cottage gave us everything we needed. Really comfortable, clean and welcoming with a wonderful garden. No complaints at all. We would definitely return.

Excellent location. Good pubs within a 15 drive. The Royal Oak is 2 minute walk away and served excellent food. Great village shop. Fans needed for the bedrooms as they were very hot. Less pictures etc of Fox Hunting or preferably none at all. In general the cottage was kitted out well , with comfortable beds . There was plenty of hot water.

We had an amazing week at Olivers cottage, the cottage had everything you could need. Everyone was so friendly in the village, loved the horses going by during the day!

Oliver's Cottage is a perfect home from home. It's like walking into our own house in a different area. All credit to the housekeepers and owners for making it feel so welcoming, fire laid, fresh flowers, bottle of wine & heating on, just what you need after travelling

We will be returning again for a fourth visit which says it all.

Very nice cottage and we enjoyed our stay, we didn’t use the sitting room as we felt the living area was fine and we felt it saved any problems with the dogs one of whom is only a puppy, we did have him in a crate at night!

A charming cottage, well equipped and perfect for couple or a family.

We loved Withypool - fabulous location, great garden, excellent pub and shop/post office. Note that contrary to the details on the website the owners state in the property that dogs are not allowed in the lounge. In normal (not heatwave) conditions the cottage would be fine.

Our second stay at this wonderful cottage. Well equipped, comfortable, dog friendly garden in an absolutely fantastic and convenient location. Many walks of varying distances direct from the door - would throughly recommend and will definitely return for a third visit.

A delightful cottage in a wonderful village and area. Oliver's Cottage is cosy and well equipped with a well kept enclosed garden ideal for dog owners or persons just wishing to relax in the outside. The welcoming pub is 50 yards down the road and the village shop and tea rooms another 100 yards just before the river and bridge. Try the home made cakes in the delightful tea rooms

Olivers Cottage was everything that we expected, well equiped and comfortable which is located in one of the prettiest villages on Exmoor. The walks from the door take you through fields, valleys and along river paths. The Village Shop, Tea Rooms and Pub are a couple of minutes walk away and are all highly reccomended. We enjoyed it so much, we are booking again for next year!!

A lovely cottage in a quiet location in a picture perfect Exmoor village. There's a great pub 2 minutes walk away and a village shop and tea rooms only 5 minutes walk. A perfect location for walking along the river Barle direct from the cottage to Tarr Steps or Landacre Bridge. Also worth mentioning is the well maintained and fully enclosed garden. A great place to stay if you like walking, especially if you have dogs. We throughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Olivers Cottage and would recommend it to others.

The cottage was warm, homely and comfortable.

We had a wonderful few days and were blessed by great weather. People in the village friendly, pretty church,marvellous walks from house and a very good pub with delicious grub!

The cottage was clean,tidy and well equipped.we didn't,t need to drive far for our walks.note,the pub was shut Monday and Tuesday!

Oliver's cottage is wonderful, cosy, comfortable, really we'll equipped with an amazing dog friendly garden in a beautiful location - just round the corner from a great little pub and loads of beautiful walks right from the door!

Family friendly cottage in a beautiful location - generous downstairs accommodation and great practical space. Thoughtfully equipped and handily close to the pub

This cottage has heaps of charm and is extremely peaceful. Two bedrooms are on the small side but downstairs space is very generous and the garden is a real additional pleasure. Decor is excellent and pretty - but think twice about booking if you are opposed to hunting, as this is quite a decorative theme.

Its a lovely cottage in a lovely area, had no problems with the booking process and no problems on arrival. The key was were described and the cottage was clean.

Visit Wood's Restuarant in Dulverton for an even meal. There is also a lovely small cafe in Winsford- you really need to visit this for lunch & cream teas. Don't forget to feed the birds- we had a Woodpecker in the garden most days.

We enjoyed our stay in Oliver's cottage. It is a very comfortable property, with spacious accommodation downstairs. It's in an ideal village location for exploring Exmoor.

Excellent location Beautifully furnished Lovely to be able to accommodate two well behaved dogs. Master bedroom /bathroom fabulous but watch out as can bang head on low ceilings! Lovely cottage but beware second double bedroom is much too small for 2 adults to share with only one small wardrobe and very little draw space because there's not enough room!! No wardrobe space in twin bedded room.

I have never been to Exmore before and was most impressed by the surrounding area. The cottage was to a very high standard and the levels of equipment inside the cottage were excellent.The directions on how to get there were appalling

Delightful cottage, our compliments to the owner. Rural location which suits us as we are keen long distant walkers. we would recommend to our friends.

More information could have been given regarding the cooking facilities - for instance we had no idea that the microwave was also an oven until we looked really closely! Also clearer instructions for the Rayburn please.
