Rose House
Imagine relaxing in a heavenly, luxurious hot tub overlooking the shimmering expanse of the Haven Waterway, one of Pembrokeshire's most spectacular, idyllic views.
Nestling in the heart of Pembrokeshire, in an enchanting, peaceful location on the banks of the river, unique Rose House is a truly desirable destination, promising an unforgettable holiday. The stylish, spacious accommodation sleeps eight guests over two floors, offering four elegant bathrooms. Good news for the dogs, they are most welcome too. Approached via a steep curving drive, the grounds are truly beguiling, reaching down to the water's edge and ideal for launching a small boat.
A walk along the shore at low tide leads to one of Pembrokeshire's most popular pubs, the Jolly Sailor in Burton, a great family pub which serves excellent food and drink. Located very near the iconic Cleddau Bridge, which links north and south Pembrokeshire, the magnificent beauty of the county is waiting to be explored. To the south are the golden sands of Tenby, Saundersfoot, Manobier and Freshwater West, a surfer's paradise, and to the mid and north, endless glorious Pembrokeshire beaches such as Broad Haven, Newgale and Whitesands, castles, pretty seaside villages and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, which meanders along the entire coastline.
Having taken in your dreamy location, step inside this gorgeous getaway and let your holiday begin. The well-equipped kitchen has all the holiday chef needs and the deluxe coffee machine is a real treat for coffee lovers. Look out for the local farm shops for delicious local produce. Accessed via the kitchen is the useful utility-room with washer/drier. Wander through into the spacious open plan sitting-room, with dining-area, ideal for leisurely meals and board games on rainy days. Relax in the warming glow of the wood-burner in the second sitting-room on chillier nights, choosing a favourite film from the full Sky package, taking luxurious time out.
From the sun-room soak up the spectacular beauty of your surroundings, watching the boats sail by. Located on the ground floor is a double room with an adjustamatic four-foot bed and wet-room style shower. Climb the stairs to find a sunny landing, flooded with light, three gorgeous en suite bedrooms with sumptuous beds and gorgeous linens, and delightful waterway views from the double and twin rooms to the front of the property.
After a day on the beach, spend time in the bubbly hot tub away it from it all. Stargaze from the patio on a summer's night with your favourite tipple, as the tide laps the shore or take sunny breakfasts there before the day's adventures begin. Rose House is perfectly placed to make the most of all Pembrokeshire has to offer, whether you arrive on sunny days, choose an autumn break or fancy a winter get away.

Mrs Lee
Everything was just as lovely as seen & described on the website. In is a beautiful secluded location & the sun room is a great place to enjoy the views. On windy days, there are sheltered places around the garden as well. The two of us had a great relaxing week.
Mr Baker
One of the best holidays we have had in 80 years. Rose House was so comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Ideally situated for visiting castles and the coast.

Rose Cottage is the perfect place to explore all that Pembrokeshire has to offer. The house is very comfortable with little touches of luxury and there is space for everyone. The garden room is just the perfect space to relax and read, with perfect light and stunning views. I recommend trying Rose House for yourself - you won't be disappointed.

Our stay in Pembrokeshire was so enjoyable, mostly due to Rose House, The house has such a fantastic feel to it and the location is superb for amenities but also just to sit and watch the river. You really dont want to leave at the end of your stay, We really are hoping we will return. The Simpsons

Enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. As with all the Classic Cottages properties we have tried, the comfort and experience of the guests are clearly thought through. The cottage was placed conveniently for both South and North Pembrokeshire and there is plenty to explore in the area. The hot tub was a great feature for us as a family as it allowed for some outdoor enjoyment on those days when the weather was poor, and always feels luxurious. The property was located very near the Cleddau Bridge and we were concerned this would be noisy, but actually it was not especially. The Bridge does dominate the view so that might be a factor for some people. However, the house itself is spacious and private. The sun room was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views of the estuary, and the outside seating a delightful sun trap.
Mrs Moore
A truly wonderful place hidden amongst trees with beautiful views and a lovely peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed the cottage and it’s surroundings, the friendliness of the owner and their willingness to make our stay so enjoyable and the Classic cottages staff who came and changed our bedding for our second week. Thank you

Amassing stay at rose house. We had the most relaxed weeks holiday . There was everything you need and more the hot tub was lovely in the evening. Very comfortable and convenient to get out and about but we stayed at the house a few days as we had great weather and you just never got board off the views. My mum enjoyed sitting out and watching the boats go by. Great pubs near by for a lovely meal if you cant be bothered to cook though we enjoyed B.B.QS Would definitely recommend.
Miss Bennett
Excellent property, lovely and peaceful with stunning views yet less than 10 minutes away from local . Everything inside and outside the property was of a very high standard with everything provided including nice welcome gifts and essentials in the kitchen. Whole heartedly recommend.
Mrs Vincent
Rose House is a fabulous holiday home with outstanding views from the terrace, hot tub and sun lounge which is a lovely addition to the house especially on cooler, wet days. The house has lots to offer in its own right but also gives easy access to off road cycle paths. We appreciated having access to the garage which made storing our bikes easy. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to prepare meals in. We also enjoyed eating out at the Jolly Sailor which served excellent food that was reasonably priced.
