Welcome to Nolands Ho! - a luxurious dog friendly retreat with stunning sea views, taking in Westward Ho! beach, Northam Burrows Country Park and Lundy Island beyond. This upside down home sleeps eight, plus there's occasional space for two extra guests on the sofa bed in the airy games-room, so please contact our Booking Office for information and prices if you're interested. The large hot tub, sleek interiors and gorgeous furnishings make this the perfect place to unwind with friends and family, whilst its location on the North Devon Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (now known as National Landscapes) and The Royal North Devon Golf Course means that there's plenty to keep you entertained.

As you enter the spacious entrance hall at the heart of the house, you're immediately greeted by a breathtaking view across England's oldest golf course to the sea beyond. Branching off from here you will find the four fabulous bedrooms. Bedroom one houses an inviting king-size bed and is flooded by natural light from the feature window and vaulted ceiling. The beautiful furnishings, including an oak dressing table and full length mirror, are matched by plenty of practical storage for all of your holiday essentials. Attached to the room is a stylish en suite shower-room, complete with waterfall shower.

Across the entrance hall is bedroom two which has fabulous, boasting sprawling views through modern bi-folding doors which provide access out onto a covered patio. A king-size bed sits in the centre of the room from which you can settle down and enjoy the views out to sea. Bedroom two comes equipped with another sleek en suite shower-room, also featuring a waterfall shower, ideal for refreshing yourself in the morning. Bedroom three comes complete with a 'zip and link' super-king bed, which by request can be converted into two, three-foot single beds, adding flexibility perfect for varying needs. Plush cushions and snug blankets will ensure a great night's sleep for all. Next door, a delightful bunk bed featuring two comfy, full sized single mattresses makes bedroom four ideal for toddlers and big kids alike. An excellent family bathroom is located off the hall, with its inviting bathtub and overhead shower providing a superb place to relax after a day on the beach.

Completing the ground floor is the games-room. With its impressive, vaulted ceiling, this spacious room features a full size Foosball table, a chess table, a 65" OLED TV and is packed with board games from Monopoly and Trivial Pursuit, to Mahjong Solitaire and poker. The room's bi-fold doors open up onto the outdoor seating-area and hot tub, with the stunning views beyond. The sofa can also be converted into a bed for two extra guests.

Upstairs, the spectacular vaulted open plan living space takes up the whole first floor. Relax on the indulgent range of comfy seating and enjoy the light and airy atmosphere. Bi-folding doors open up the space to the fresh coastal breeze and generous west facing balcony, from which you can bask in the best sea and sunset views. Fantastic large windows and skylights flood the rest of the space with crisp natural light, whilst a beautiful wood-burner ensures the room stays nice and cosy, even on the coldest evenings. A 65" OLED Smart TV can be found in one corner, providing plenty of entertainment space for all.

To the rear of the upstairs, the expansive kitchen/diner provides the perfect place for sociable family dinners offering seating for ten. The crisp, modern kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your favourite meals, with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher all integrated into the beautifully finished cabinets.

The garden at Nolands Ho! is an absolute delight. Backing directly onto the Burrows and golf course, it's the perfect place to unwind after a big day of adventure with a glass of something special, gazing at the view from the inviting hot tub. You'll find an outdoor shower to wash the sand from your toes and the salt from your hair (and those muddy paws too!). There is a Webber Kettle barbecue where you can cook up some of the local delicacies and then tuck in around the fantastic teak dining area, seating up to twelve people. A warming chimenea is also present to heat up cooler evenings.
