Nestled in the beautiful countryside of North Devon, this semi-detached converted barn offers the perfect rural idyll for a large family gathering, or a group of friends wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

From the moment you arrive you will be captivated by the grandeur of your location with far reaching views along the river valley. Tembridge House is nestled proudly within the grounds of West Yeo Farm, which boasts 76 acres of the most verdant countryside. This beautiful barn has been tastefully renovated to offer the very best of contemporary and comfortable living, from the open plan living space, which is super comfy and inviting, offering a fabulous wood-burner for the chillier evenings, to the beautiful patio and large lawn, the perfect spot to enjoy those warmer summer evenings from.

When it comes to retiring for the night, you have four super inviting bedrooms to choose from, two of which boast en suites, and bedroom one even leads out onto the patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

Perfectly located for an idyllic Devon holiday, you can enjoy tranquil country living with easy access to the local village of Witheridge, which is where you will find The Mitre Inn, the perfect venue to treat chef to a night off, especially as it's within a mile from your doorstep. Slightly further afield you will find the market town of South Molton, offering a healthy helping of amenities, cafes, and even a pannier market.

Being nestled in between the two coastlines, a day at the beach on either the north or south coast is within an hour's drive, and right on your doorstep you have an abundance of walks and trails to enjoy - your four-legged friend(s) will be in their element. Exmoor National Park lies only 8.5 miles to the north offering a wealth of outdoor activities.

Returning at the end of the day is such a treat. Outside, the fully enclosed garden offers peace and tranquility, complemented by a charcoal barbecue and a fully enclosed lawn area where you can sit and enjoy birdsong and dreamy unspoilt views, whilst enjoying al fresco dining from dawn till dusk.
