Nestled in the idyllic village of St Agnes above a charming village shop you'll find Trehane, a delightful apartment perfect for a family holiday to the north coast of Cornwall. With its great location and welcoming interiors, Trehane is ideal for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled adventure.

As you wander through the front door, you'll be greeted by a small entrance hall and stairs up to the cottage. On the first floor, you'll find plenty of places to relax, including the welcoming sitting-room that looks out onto bustling Churchtown. A coal-effect electric fire sits in the centrepiece fireplace, keeping you nice and cosy in the winter months. Everywhere you look there are wonderful touches to make the cottage truly feel like home while you stay.

Further down the hall sits the small but well-equipped kitchen/diner. You'll find everything you'll need to cook up a storm in the kitchen with a lovely dining table and chairs, a superb spot for cosy evening suppers. Next door you'll find a study, ideal for quiet seat or those needing to work whilst away. On this first floor, you'll also find the family bathroom with a full-size bath perfect for those relaxing evenings in.

Cottage stairs (steep in places) take you to the second floor where you'll discover the two comfortable bedrooms and a cloakroom with Saniflo WC and wash-basin. Bedroom one is home to a king-size bed that guarantees a great night's sleep with its plush cushions and cosy bedding. A beautiful ornamental fireplace is tucked into the corner of the room creating a lovely, snug atmosphere. There's also plenty of storage space dotted around the room in the integrated wardrobe and chest of drawers meaning you won't struggle to find space for all of your holiday belongings. Next door, bedroom two is a delightful twin room that is absolutely perfect for little ones, with wonderful decorations lining the walls and perched around the room.

The outside space (reached via a little lane) is eclectic and quirky. The owners have turned the property's old detached garage into a rather cool area which is covered in greenery. This space is decorated to give it a rustic charm and there is even a small table for preparing food, meaning you can enjoy wonderful al fresco meals with ease.

Miss Hatherall

This property is so well placed and lovely! My daughter didn’t want to go out! Is cosy and welcoming and has everything you need. It’s in the heart of St. Agnes so perfect for exploring g and getting to local pubs etc. parking is a short walk and free except Mon- Sat daytimes. If you are lucky you can park outside the property to load and unload. We loved this property and are reluctant to say so as it might get really popular!! Really recommend here! Thank you!

Mrs Wooderson

Nice comfortable cottage Beds were clean and comfy Everything you need in the kitchen Great shower Lovely area with plenty of places to eat and shop Nice walk down to the cove Overall a very peaceful holiday Would be an idea to research parking situation before you go as had to wake early everyday to pay for parking Not on the owners control but it might affect your holiday

Dr Hancock

A beautiful, well equipped property right in the centre of St Agnes. Immaculately clean and presented. We were grateful to be able to bring our dog at the last minute. A great location with a greengrocers below, convenience store just across the road and a short walk from the beach… the owners left lots of useful information about the property and local area and the bottle of Prosecco was really kind and very welcome. Don’t let the lack of parking put you off… download the RingGo app. Would thoroughly recommend this property. Thank you Classic Cottages.

Miss Netting
