Good or bad, we publish all the reviews left by the guests who have stayed at this property.
Mr Dillon
It was a fantastic property that suited our needs perfectly. Everything had been thought of in terms of facilities and equipment. As a family of 6 we all had our own space and so we were really happy with the size of the property. The south facing garden and BBQ were the icing on the cake!
Mrs Hodskinson
The property is situated in a good location for exploring St Agnes and surrounding areas. It benefited for off road parking and local shops within walking distance. Plenty of of local walking and if you don’t want to drive everywhere there is a good bus service.
Mrs Bartlett
We enjoyed our stay at Trefechan, despite the weather being cold and rainy most of the week. It is a lovely property with plenty of accommodation and a big garden. If you don’t mind a walk, you can walk to the beach in 25-30 minutes. There are lots of facilities in St Agnes village and coastal walks nearby. We would be happy to stay at Trefechan again.
mrs Nelson
This was our second stay at Trefechan it’s a lovely property in a great location with a garden and ample parking. It has a very homely feel and is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The contact with the friendly housekeeper and the welcome treat on arrival was very much appreciated. We hope to return.
Mr Gardner
Very nice house and location with good access to St Agnes excellent range of local facilities
Mrs Pugh
Our 3rd visit to Trefechan. Ideal location close enough to local shops and walk to beach for those able to. Great to shop, eat, drink, local and not use the car - you have ample private parking at property. Fantastic walking opportunities from this location. We still keep finding new things to do in beautiful St Agnes.
Mrs Heaney
This is a very clean, spacious and comfortable home. The main living room and kitchen are just well designed and well equipped. The garden and terrace are really lovely. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are a real bonus if you don't want to have to go upstairs and this worked well for our family, with the younger ones upstairs, and the 'older' ones downstairs. Great proximity to the village of St. Agnes, which has many gorgeous shops and eateries. A great base too for exploring Cornwall.
Mr Langley
Quiet, comfortable and convenient for the village, the restaurants in Peterville and the Coast Path and we were pleased to be able to book the house at the last minute. The pictures on the website were accurate, the garden was well tended and the parking appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped with tools, sundries etc which makes the holiday so much more relaxing. We had a mixed bag of weather so hooks in the porch would have been very handy at times!
Mrs Bennett
A really lovely place to stay. Everything immaculate. Very pretty garden. Would return in the future.
Mr Portlock
Spacious , quiet , comfy house in a central location. Off road parking ( for 2 cars) a massive benefit . All shops , pubs, restaurants in easy walking distance in a vibrant community open all year round. Very pretty village . Beaches all only a short drive , or bus journey away.
Mr Bendiner
A brilliantly equipped kitchen, great property, really enjoyed our time there. Very nice location with easy access to many sites in Cornwall, lovely local beach and walks. Thank you very much to the owner, the caretaker and to the Classic Cottages team. Particularly for making the cottage available at a short notice! Much appreciated.
Mrs Ligthart
Lovely spacious house in a lovely friendly location . The house is well equipped and the big kitchen/ dining area is a real bonus. The washing machine and tumble dryer add to the luxury of the property. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property!
Mr Horner
A very clean spacious property with a lovely sunny garden in a quiet peaceful location, plentiful parking and within walking distance of some very good eateries and shops. Good walking straight from the door.
Mrs Andrews
The cottage was exceptionally clean, the toys for the children were greatly appreciated such a lovely touch gave us adults a little rest at the end of the day ! The cottage exceeded our expectations. Shame the owners no longer except dogs as they are easily managed with stair gates and utility rooms with an out side tap .I would have love to book this cottage again with my partner and my dogs . It’s definitely an area I would want to come back too again. Thank you also too classic holidays who kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay , we felt valued as customers and looked after.
Mrs Huddart
Comfortable, spacious house with stunning garden and great parking. Perfect location to enjoy St Agnes.
Mrs Heaney
This property is in a great location. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and is a great base for visiting Cornwall. The kitchen was well appointed and the utility area was great. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were all good too. We loved the piano in the hall and found it entertaining. The outside seating was good and the garden lovely and nicely sheltered. We will definitely stay here again.
Mrs Franklin
Second stay at this property , Comfortable and homely with good off street parking which is a bonus . Nice garden
Mr Burgess
Our stay in Trefechan, St Agnes, was perfect, spacious, well furnished and equipped to a high standard with a quiet enclosed garden. Just a short walk to the village for the nearest pub and shops, a little longer walk down to the cove. The location of the bungalow is ideal for the coastal walks. We highly recommend the bungalow. We would return, but sadly the owners have decided not to allow dogs in the future. We will certainly return to the area.
Mrs Pugh
Lovely Trefechan offers a relaxing home for holidaymakers. Suitable for all ages of visitor. A short walk to the village amenities and a step out to the beach or short car ride. A spacious bright and airy property with lovely garden to relax in. Good parking on front. Would recommend for couples or families. In a quiet residential area of St Agnes.
Mrs O'Meara
Great family cottage with everything you need. The added bonus of piano made my two chidlren very happy. Ideal location and a ten minute walk from the beach. St Agnes bakery, butchers and pizza take away are all worth a try.
Mrs Brettell
Lovely property and we were so happy with it and that was our second stay there. The provisions for children are amazing including all the toys, stair gates, it just meant we didn’t have to bring as much with us. Our children love the breakfast bar and sitting up there while we cook. The Christmas tree was such a lovely addition as we were there over Christmas. Thanks again.
Mrs Duerden

Miss Harrison
To find a property that had so much space both inside and outside in the village of St Agnes was fantastic. We loved our stay and there were so many toys for our toddler to play with which was a huge bonus for us.
Mr Essex
The downstairs bed could do with a new mattress and some better instructions as to how to work the television and which control to use .
Mr Smith
A lovely spacious cottage which our family really enjoyed except the lack of outside seating and dining facilities.
Mrs Franklin
Location is good , 20 minute walk to the cove . Parking is great at property as streets are narrow .
Mr FRANC
Amazing experience with CC, we can only highly recommend this plateform.
Mr Roberts
We really enjoyed our stay at Trefechan in St Agnes, the property was spacious, clean and well presented. The location was excellent and provided very easy access to all the attractions Cornwall has to offer as well as having plenty of good pubs and shops within 10 minutes walk and the beach/headland within 20 minutes walk. Would stay again.
Mr Quartley
The cottage was roomy and only a ten minute walk to the amenities There are plenty of lovely beaches in the area and St Agnes has an abundance of good eating places.
Mrs Edmonds
Upstairs bathroom very small and old fashioned. My husband is slim but could only just move ,in walk in shower! Sink extremely low. Not good for bad backs. Pillow in main bedroom extremely stained and dirty. Needs replacing and I suspect it is not the only one. Only saw it as no under pillow case in situ. Note left for housekeeper. Otherwise very nice holiday cottage and had a good week.
Mrs Devey
We stayed here to visit family in Truro. Lovely spacious cottage with sunny garden. Spotlessly clean. 5 mins walk to village shops. Quiet location. Had a relaxing & enjoyable break with daughter & family. Toys for children very welcome by all 3 grandchildren.
Mrs Liberadzki
Beautiful house in super location with ample parking & so near to all amenities in St Agnes a real home from home with a stunning south facing garden - we loved it !
Mrs Bugg
We had a great holiday and had a very comfortable stay in the cottage. So pleased to be able to come on holiday to one of our favourite places. The weather was fantastic and we spent most days down on the beach and wandering along the coastal path.
